I have slowly fallen in love with this podcast, and Sam's additional Shortcomings Patron, for her hilarious mix of honesty, knowledge and humility. She’s one of my favorite voices when it comes to pop culture. I miss her and began following her new podcast as well!!

Some episodes are good, but there are other bravo podcasts, with more consistent takes, and guests to actually bounce ideas and opinions off of. I love your Instagram but, I don’t love the majority of the episodes are sam talking to herself. Not my cup of tea personally

Sam quit? Was fired? What’s happening with this pod? Repeats and one IG post that she’s not doing it anymore. No explanation or announcement of something new. So unprofessional and weird. Just take it down altogether.

If she’s getting paid for this, she should have to work! She always say how lucky she feels that she was working at a dental ofrece which she hated. She gets a job that she “loves” and is passionate about. Talks about not going to college and landing this job only to show how lazy she is. No work ethic. We all have broken up with a boyfriend. It’s part of life. Stop being such a victim get up and go to work

Y’all… run and do not listen to this podcast. It’s so good when she actually records something but literally she goes weeks without a word and then expects people to pay for a patreon account? Lol she’s a fool. Podcasting & working for Betches is quite LITERALLY her job but she can’t produce two 30 min podcasts a week? Irresponsible is an understatement. So done with this.

My actual favorite podcast out there, just been really inconsistent with the episodes lately. It used to be two times a week and now we’re not even getting one a week on the same date. We get that life happens but as a pod listener, that model does not work. I tell all my friends to listen but gotta get the consistency thing figured out before I continue plugging HOTM. Hope we get more content!!!

Sam is funny and I do like her silly tangents. I enjoy listening to her talk about the shows.. sometimes I don’t agree with her but I still enjoy her take. I wish she was consistent though. Her episodes do not come out weekly… I’m so used to my other podcasts that always put them out.

I will rate this 5 stars with the caveat that Samantha is often frustratingly wrong. Going to couples therapy is not only for people who are in trouble - it’s actually proactive mental healthcare. Also, astrology is the lowest pseudoscience. People born in December don’t have a personality because of wherever some planet was when they were born. That’s just ignorant.

Love Sam’s pod and twitter but I feel like she immediately jumped on the “new RHONY>>>” train way too early and is now backtracking. I’m all for changing your mind but the disrespect to the OGs drove me crazy!! New rhony is mid at best…

I love this pod so much! All the topics are so relatable! I just wish the episodes came out consistently every week on Tuesday and Friday’s, I feel like it’s always hit or miss!

I like Sam and her instagram but the podcast is hard to listen to. The mouth noises are hard on the ears.

Please please PLEASE learn some vocal and mic techniques if you’re going to be a professional voice user! It literally sounds like someone is licking and smacking their lips in my ears when I try to listen with earbuds. And the vocal fry is like nails on a chalkboard. I know it seems like everyone and their mom can be a podcaster in 2023 but it is an actual skill that takes time and effort to develop. Please put in the time and effort!

I have been listening to Sam on all her podcasts for years. The last 6 months have become extremely unbearable to listen to. No one wants to be lectured to by a 30yr old white chick from suburbs of detroit give their extremely sheltered views of the world. It’s giving privileged, Sam.

I literally am Sam’s biggest fan and I hope this doesn’t come off crazy but GIRL the mouth or lip clicking sounds have gotten soooooo worse this week. I’m trying so so hard to keep listening but it’s killing me. I’m not sure if maybe just moving away from the mic might help a little? Please don’t hate me I’m hoping this is constructive criticism!

So here’s the deal, Rachel prepped her answers to the point that she’s literally reading her answers written or coached by her PR team after getting the questions from Bethenny or her team. Secondly, she can’t rewrite history like her and Ariana aren’t friends, all of her lies including Scheana’s dog and more. If she was actually taking accountability, she would’ve said sorry without any mention of the word “but” shortly following the apology. Maybe you’re just wanted to be “cool” by saying this stuff, but yikes. Go back and listen again if needed, because hearing even a slight bit of an apology out of her is insane. Bethenny is the worst part of the entire 3part podcast though. Rachel has to stop being a sheep and listening to everyone, because they screwed her over by telling her to do this interview.

To answer the question you ask repeatedly on your podcast episode - “What do you people want from her (her meaning Rachel)?!” : I think people are looking for her to apologize without deflection, minimizing, or rewriting history. I am here 1000% for the nuance and I thought made many wonderful and valid points on your most recent pod episode. However, Rachel contradicts herself constantly. She said they were just brand partners and roommates and she was not close with Ariana, but we all remember the last 5 minutes of the Reunion, right? We all remember the countless examples where Rachel wants to be part of a throuple, where Rachel talks to Ariana about their sex life and if Ariana wants to stay with Tom, where Rachel went on countless podcasts saying only Sheana and Ariana were her true friends and had back before Scandoval broke, etc. I could go on. Rachel doesn’t need to be crucified and I hate that Tom is getting away with this to the degree he is. The double standard is disgusting. But Rachel is conveniently minimizing, deflecting, and rewriting history to make her actions appear less horrific. She’s painting a very different story now. So which is it? Did she want to be part of a throuple - insinuating the relationship was very real, or were they just roommates anyway? And again, even if all of this were actually true - it doesn’t make what they did okay or even less terrible. You don’t need to be someone’s best friend for a 7 month secret affair to be just as egregious.

Sorry to leave a negative review, but as a 32 year old I would prefer listening to a pod from an experienced podcaster above the age of 40. This pod comes off as if there isn’t much life experience and don’t value their opinion. It’s often extremely negative, and I am trying to have a good day, so negatively is not something I look forward to.

You were literally on cloud nine when the uncensored VPR reunion was airing and now it was filmed too early, you didn’t enjoy watching the reunion and Raquel is the victim. Pick. A. Lane.

If you want to constantly be hypocritically bashed as a Bravo fan by the biggest Bravo STAN with zero critical thinking skills and can only cater to the lowest denominator of fan- then by all means listen to this mediocre podcast. Not sure why podcasters think that they are the arbitrators of how fans should act, but they sound like Karens ranting about the Bravo fans instead of just recapping. I followed Sam on Instagram. This morning I finally wiped up to listen and LOVED it. Sam points out things that I see as well when watching these shows and it’s hysterical, like what happened to Rina’s dog, Kyle making a janky lasagna at 8pm, and Kathy walking around being a lovable disruptor. Sam is so natural on air. I feel like I am taking to one of my friends about an episode I just watched!

Love this show! Love Sam! Feel like her, Chris, and Gracie and my friends and I don’t even know them. Love listening and enjoying!

Sam has awesome Bravo and general pop culture takes. Her depth of Bravo knowledge is amazing!! Her personality shines through each episode and it is a highlight of my day to listen!
