I was fascinated listening to the behind-the-scenes description of their lives and how they found common ground despite their differences. The episode about Fatherhood was the surprising gem because of the sincerity and vulnerability of their in-depth conversation. I wholeheartedly endorse and applaud this aspect of human development/ self-awareness. Bravo, Barack and Bruce! Thank you for demonstrating how to engage in a productive, insightful, entertaining dialogue throughout the series.

He was the troubadour of the working class everywhere. Obama BETRAYED the workers in 2011 during the Wisconsin Uprising when the Koch Brothers bought our state. It breaks my heart to see The Boss cozying up to rich technocratic liberals (not leftists) like Obama, when he was our hero.

Love the messages gives me hope. Love thy neighbor, we can overcome… the music from my hometown in NJ so uplifting! Thank you both.

Trash podcast clearly a money grab

I like the podcast. I like Barack. I like Bruce. If you don’t like their politics or music, you probably have all kinds of crying to do so you should get back to it.

Very heartfelt, wonderfully produced and the conversations are eye opening. Their conversations make you realize how much we as a nation could accomplish if we were able to just listen to one another and show empathy. Well done.

Listening to these two men in conversation is time well spent. Thought provoking, funny and timely. Both speaking openly and honestly. You’ll laugh and you’ll cry but you will never be bored. It’s a winner.

Raw, honest & real. I love when people are willing to discuss topics most people choose to leave unexplored. We need more conversations like these in the world.

May we all eventually come together as Americans someday and be more tolerant of one another as we all show each other respect.

The Woke Supremacists have spread lies, hate and division in this great country. They have weakened our society, our economy, our military, and our unity. Tue Woke Cult Hates Our Constitution. Why would anyone listen to these fools.

This is a must listen to anyone who appreciates intelligence and intellectual discussion on multiple topics. This is much needed civil discourse in a time of the deplorables.

Really made me wish he could run again

I thought I loved President Obama before but now that I’ve listened to this podcast I love him more than ever. Oh my gosh especially when he started talking about Elvis!!! Of course Bruce is so awesome too.

Growing up on the Jersey Shore, seeing Bruce at the Stone Pony, I always “liked” him, but now I truly appreciate & respect him.( As I have always with President Obama) These conversations are epic. I thought I knew much of the topics, delicacies of the subjects they speak about, but I couldn’t exactly pin the correct words/feelings down. They do in such beautiful terms.my respect & admiration just skyrocketed for these two gentlemen. Such beautiful thoughts, concerns they have and this podcast was a generous peek into their friendship. So grateful to have had the opportunity to listen in. Wish SO VERY MUCH there were more episodes.

Obama called all Springsteen fans racist and Springsteen just agrees and knobs like the indoctrinated puppet that he is. So disappointed in this has been. And to think I used to be a fan. Aaron Lewis is 100% correct.

It’s nice to hear words of empathy and wisdom.

Music and politics in there best form speak to our aspirations as individuals and community. Bruce Springsteen and Barack Obama have earned this ‘voice’ though thoughtfulness in both arenas. Agree or not we just might find a kernel of communal and individual aspiration about us as Americans

The two of them are very good together and have a lot of good things to say about a lot of different topics. It's easy to just write President Obama off as just some political liberal but give it a chance.

As I looked through the reviews, I noticed there were really only 2 rating; 5 stars or 1 star. Nothing else. The opinions on this podcast perfectly reflect the times we live in. We are a nation divided. Left vs right. Blue vs red. White vs black. Rich vs poor. Me vs you. Common ground has been lost, possibly never to return. All vision is monolithic. We see little and think we see everything. America is a very sad place these days. Some progress has been made in the area of race, but precious little. I fear we are heading backwards at this time, not forward. Gains are being lost. I’m a fan of both Springsteen and Obama. Don’t always agree with the ex-President, but he’s a thoughtful man. I don’t always relate with Mr S, but he seems authentic and is a passionate man. Interesting conversations.

I can't make up my mind who is the bigger fraud.

Definitely have your tissues nearby, whether because of the way Bruce speaks of the Great Clarence Clemons or the reminder that after we elected President Obama twice with large margins, an incompetent racist, fascist, white supremacist ended up in office on a technicality, these conversations will move you. This podcast will also uplift and encourage listeners to keep moving forward in progress. “The arc of the moral universe is long but it tends toward justice.”

Yawn. Springsteen and Obama have no idea what it is to be poor. Those memories - if they ever existed - evaporated long ago. Note to Bruce and Barack: you are now only legends in your own mind.

Two thoughtful people having a really thoughtful conversation. Those of us missing the opportunities to do that for the last year and a half must really enjoy hearing two of the most insightful wordsmiths of our age doing it for us. Love you Boss and Barack!!!
