I love this podcast so much! I saw her from Tik tok and saw that she had a podcast. She is truly the best!

I stumbled across Crystal by chance through IG and ever since I binge watch all her reels and listen to her podcast. I love her voice, she speaks clearly and very easy follow with. She is so kind to share al these knowledge she gained over the years. I can’t wait for more to come. It’s my first podcast review and she truly deserved it!

I absolutely love learning all things health and this podcast is perfect!! Every episode is full of information and gets straight to the point. My best friend sent me a video of yours on TickTock this morning. I was diagnosed with lupus in 2013 and have had my share of complications throughout the years. I recently was discharged from the hospital due to a lupus flare. Although I try my best to watch what I put in my body listening to your podcast was an ear opener. Today begins my journey of my remission and dissent from lupus. Thank you
