MJaj2015Wealth of MS info. Love this podcast!I have obtained so much more knowledge here than I have anywhere else related to multiple sclerosis. I was feeling very hopeless before I found Dr. Gretchen Hawley. She tends to ask the right questions as well, which is extremely helpful for getting the information that will be most helpful for us. I also love the length of these episodes. Not too long, not too short.

RazzmuffinAwesome!Hi Gretchen, LOVED finding you and your podcast. I’ve had MS for close to 20 years & when I was initially diagnosed I was an overactive Elementary Principal & University Professor….then I was “hit with my first two attacks”-losing my legs and sight. While I was recovering I kept thinking “there’s got to be a better way to live” I found Matt Embry online + slowly changed my diet. I had used the WaI also began walking at the high school track—-pushing my walker and eventually using my cane. I initially could do 1/4 of a mile and added extra distance every week. After a year of this I was up to a mile. Persistence & determination pushed me to keep it up. Now 4 days a week I walk 1 mile with NO assistive devices—-I walk with hiker walking sticks just in case. The other days I do weights. I resigned my posts within the first year. I LOVE my MS because unlike my previous cancer it’s NOT a death sentence but rather a disease that causes u to take stock of your life & choose how you’r going to move with it, or IT will move & make decisions for u. Thanks again—loved it!! Lynn

kathyenoughMSing Link isn’t missing anythingThe new podcasts hosted by Dr. Gretchen Hawley are inspirational to me- someone diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I have listened to 2 episodes so far on the first day and will be listening to more as I have the opportunity in the coming days.
