    AMAZING science-backed podcast
Love how experts are brought on to each episode! For the newest episode of the show, I love the practical tips on how to improve healthspan (rather than lifespan), such as enhancing mitochondrial health with consistent zone 2 training and putting more emphasis on stress relief and community bonding. It’s so important to note that nutrition and lifestyles are the main drivers of health, and supplements are of assistant roles. Nevertheless, I’m fascinated by the emerging research on the benefits of the supplements mentioned on the podcast! Can’t wait for the next episode 🥰🔥

A balanced way to look at nutrition
Mary Purdy was the one who first inspired me to think about food and sustainability, and Ginger did not disappoint in taking over her role as podcast host. Excellent guests and a good balanced presentation of the data…without the drama of typical look-at-me-type podcasts. Thanks for bringing up new tech and research without the fear-mongering!

    👌🏼
I love the range of topics this podcast offers. It’s great that the host and guests dive into not only into best practices for optimal health, but also acknowledge the barriers (socioeconomic, genetic, environmental etc) people may face in attaining what society tends to view as optimal health, too. It’s rare to find that balance on social media or in podcasts!

Taniqua Miller episode was so good!
I love all of the Good Clean Nutrition podcast episodes, but some hit home in a very personal way depending where you are in life. Last week’s episode felt particularly relatable, as I am a woman in that middle age category with perimenopause symptoms. Often times I womens’ health symptoms are written off as being dramatic or sensitive when there’s something really going on - it was captivating to hear someone putting things together. Not only did she share was happening, she shared how to counter. I think that middle-age woman just kind of feel unseen health-wise. This episode felt validating! Thank you to Dr Miller, Mary Purdy and Orgain.

    Captivating
I love podcasts like Crime Junkie, so I was really surprised (pleasantly so) to discover how captivating I have found this series! The practical advise and clinical information make this series relevant for not just the clinician but for laypeople, like myself. And while I adore Orgain products, this isn’t about the products themselves. This is truly an educational series. There is a tremendous about of info in each one that I find relatable not just for myself but also (most importantly) for my family. Nicely done, Orgain!!

    Informative and balanced
I enjoyed listening to Mary Purdy ask thoughtful and balanced questions so the listener can get a better feel of how they can, or if they should, implement what the guest is talking about.
