We love to listen and hate the thought of no more new episodes……until further notice, hopefully. Thank you David for informative, fun episodes that are always engaging.

    Top Three
I listen to a lot of podcasts. This is top three for me. Some weeks it’s in the #1 spot. Fascinating topics and fantastic in-depth dives into them. So well done by a humble, entertaining host. Hoping it comes back soon.

    Most hopeful podcast yet!
What a marvelous explanation of the political divide in all its scariness and also the reassurance that it’s not as bad as we think. As someone who’s 76, it’s hard to be positive, but these scientists’ factual explanations were both informative and hopeful. Thank you for bringing them together - maybe this information will help bring Americans together more too!

    More this please
Always interesting and entertaining. The only problem I have with this podcast is that they are too short and there aren’t enough of them. My all-time absolutely favorite podcast where I always learn something fascinating.

    Please renew
I love this podcast. David Pogue does great job imparting truly interesting facts in a comprehensive, and informative way without talking over your head. He is enjoyable to listen to, almost like having a friend telling you a story in your living room.

    This must be renewed

    Endurance!
Awesome story and recap of this amazing human adventure! Well done!

Excellent reporting. The scary part for me is not high school English (analogy the calculator) but the possibility of misinformation that causes great harm. Hilary Clinton was a humorous example but false medical studies or financial scams (Bernie Medoff on steroids),etc is quite frightening. Misinformation has become a huge problem in our society and now there is a new and better way to dress it and and make it real.

    Unsung Science Rocks
Long-time listener first time reviewer, David pug you are a rockstar. Not really obviously but in this arena of podcasting, specifically science podcasting, you are a rockstar. Say hi to Bill Nye.

    Fascinating pods
Science explained with an emotional twist. Excellent!

    The pop has to go
Great material but that auditory-bullet-point sound effect sounds like a 6 year old boy who just learned to make a popping noise with his finger in his mouth and won’t stop. Very irritating distraction to an otherwise great show.

    Science explained well
David’s books turned me into iPhone junkie some years ago. His knack of explaining how things work continues.

I have thoroughly enjoyed these podcasts, they've always left me wanting for more. I’ve been listening to David on CBS for many years and like his approach to delivering scientific information that’s clear and concise and I can trust. I found the information so useful, sparking conversations with other people about what I’ve just learned. Looking forward to more episodes. Soon please. And thanks. Bobbi Dugas

Hope this comes back for another season.

    Fascinating subjects!
Well presented, never boring! So far, each episode has been in an easy-to-understand language even though the subjects are technical. Very entertaining.

    Love it!
This is a great show! I almost didn’t learn it existed and only found out about it when another podcast played an episode. I’m so glad I found it. It’s so well presented - a good balance between interview and reporting styles that really works well in podcast format. There are so many science shows with promise that don’t quite live up to the potential, but this one checks all the boxes. It’s not dry and overly serious, but it’s also not overly dumbed down. I feel like I am learning a lot but I could also play this for kids and they wouldn’t zone out. David Pogue has clearly spent years honing how to communicate and how to find interesting topics. I hope there will be more seasons.
  • Bseadorf
    Fun & interesting
Very well made, fun to listen too, and I am much more informed, educated, amazed. But what’s best is it help me see that I can take on any meaning challenge and find solutions that change the world.

    Impossible burger
After listening to this episode, I went out and bought a package of Imposible burgers. I guess I’ll go back to tofu. Sorry, not near the hype your interview promoted. I haven’t indulged in beef for years for the same reason your scientist do, to save the world from too many cows. I guess I have to call BS😩

    Please keep going
I enjoy the show David and the staff produce and hope multiple season do happen. As an aside, I thought emoji’s were first keyboard symbols in the text? Such as :) or ; ( additionally invented at CMU (Carnegie Mellon university not Central Michigan University-the original school using the letters). Ed Kost
