I’ve been listening to Buzz’ shows from the beginning and am amazed at the diverse topics and the wide variety of outstanding guests he’s corralled to do these shows. The casual setting is an ideal format for guests to offer up a relaxed, living room conversation experience. This guy Buzz Knight goes really deep with his guests and is actually “Takin a Walk” with them as he interviews them. It’s like eves dropping on a private conversation between 2 people while strolling outside. Very creative without trying too hard.

Much needed listen. I look forward to each episode this podcast puts out. Buzz is phenomenal at making the listener feel as though they are walking alongside two friends. It’s raw and real and allows the guests to share their perspectives and experiences with no judgement. It’s incredible the range of guests and the specialities and stories they have. It’s easy to listen to and a refreshing podcast - it’s not just two people sitting in a studio talking into their microphones. It’s real people, doing real things and have real conversations.

I know Buzz from his prior life in radio. He does a great job on these interviews - candid and not overly produced/glossy. Really enjoy the conversations and insights!

This podcast is great! Unlike most podcasts I listen to, Takin a walk is all over the map, as far as guests and topics. Buzz is an excellent host, but doesn’t lead the witness, just let’s them be themselves and say what they want. They are all accomplished and interesting people. Takin a walk has been a nice find. Honest conversation. No agenda. Nothing to sell. Just kind, interesting people talking with one another. And done within Mother Nature’s studio. I love the sounds of the street, the birds in the trees, the soles of shoes and humans breathing, ascending a bill. Bravo.

I love this podcast series; the diversity of guests from episode to episode is fantastic. Buzz does a great job of keeping the conversation moving and getting the guest to open up and tell their story. What a great concept; no better way to get to know a guest than taking a long walk.

Buzz has a way of making each guest feel like family. He is thoughtful, engaging, generous, warm and witty. These qualities along with taking a walk in nature disarm each one of his highly accomplished guests and make for insightful, entertaining and sometimes hysterically funny interviews that really take you on a journey both in conversation and location. Close your eyes and your right there with them. I always come away feeling refreshed, happy, motivated and most importantly educated. Like I’ve just taken a short Master Class in life. Bravo to a man who could easily be a guest on his own show with all of his life accomplishments!

Every conversation that Buzz Knight shares on Takin’ a Walk has its unique flair and flavor. I feel as though I am takiin’ a walk as I listen being transported to different locations with different personalities. Buzz’s conversations are heartfelt and genuine. I love hearing the different sounds that accompany each conversation that fires up the imagination for the setting for each walk. Often times, podcasters focus on the clear, quality of the sound eliminating background noise yet having the background sounds such as feet crunching on gravel, creates a wonderful ambiance for Buzz’s conversations. Conversations, connections and mindfulness are exactly what this weary world needs to be uplifted and inspired.

Buzz is an excellent interviewer. Very interesting stories. I feel like I'm taking a walk along with Buzz and his guests.
