I’m not all the way through and I want to listen and love this podcast so much (season 1). The audio is bad. It’s so hard to hear the interviews and at one point the audio completely cut out. If there is any way to fix that, DO IT. Please. Not sure I’m going to finish the rest of the episodes, or try the next season because of it. ☹️

Story is very engaging and I had no problems hearing Frank, but the audio quality of the family interviews is noticeably poor. I don’t know if it’s a matter of the device used to record the family interviews being poor quality or if the interviewees speak a bit too quietly, but at a couple of points during the podcast, I considered switching to another story because the interviews were difficult to hear and they’re integral parts of the story.

so heartfelt and sincere… Frank is an journalist with sensitivity and caring.
