Literally the BEST COMMUNITY I’ve ever been a part of in my life! A beautiful group of souls who want to see you succeed. I have felt so welcomed and supported by everyone. It was a HUGE leap of faith for me to to explain my skills when I did. My husband was a full time college student and I was the sole family provider! Best decision ever! I’ve now put him through grad school and he’s back to the corporate world of law! I’m so thankful to IBE for helping me bro only explains my services, but remind me how much I love education! After having a very stressful day seeing that my schedule is fully booked working 6 days a week for the next 2 months and fully booked 4 months out.. this latest podcast was speaking to me. I need to just bite the bullet and specialize in what I do. And stop offering every single service.

IBE took me from 20,000 a year behind the chair to 6 figures in one year and that was BEFORE I became an educator for the brand since then the opportunities are endless! Work hard, show up and you will succeed!!! I can’t say enough good things about this company and the podcast are no different! Just mind blowing and packed with so much great info!

Being a stylist for over 20 years I never had any interest in doing extensions… until I saw IBE. The education, support and community are what makes it so special. I think that with an open mind and determination you can accomplish anything. How can a stylist of less than 5 years develop a method and create an incredible culture…. Someone that is constantly working/striving to be better. I think it is inspiring and proof that it’s never too late to start.

You need to listen to this podcast if you’re considering taking an extension method education class. IBE is a game changer. I’ve been doing extensions for over 20 years but I didn’t have a ton of clients getting them, and even though I felt like I knew what I was doing, looking back I couldn’t have been more wrong. I decided to sign up for the class just to see if it was any different from some of my other certifications and it was the best decision. I’m going to be honest- they make you work for your certification… Be prepared to put in the time and the effort- you are given a mentor though, that works with you every step of the way to help you, so you have a ton of support. The benefits of all the hard work pays off, because when you are finished with your certification, you have the confidence and knowledge to perform the service and know you will do an amazing job while ensuring the health of your clients hair. I have installed extensions on clients that have incredibly thin hair successfully (some I wouldn’t have ever dared to try before learning this method) and changed they way they feel when they look in the mirror- that feeling is priceless. The IBE community is more than just an added bonus- I’ve been able to ask questions, get suggestions and get tons of support, and now that I’m an Elite Artist, I do the same for other stylists. I was a little nervous signing up- I’ve been a stylist for over 25 years and I was worried I wouldn’t fit what I thought was the image- let me tell you, I’ve never felt more included, supported and accepted. I never felt embarrassed for asking questions (because everyone is so helpful), I have a community of stylists who all support me and each other unlike any other group I’ve been involved in. My business has experienced amazing growth and change in the past two years. I am only accepting extension clients now, I’m booked out at least 4-5 weeks, and I’ve hired a full time assistant -business is booming. Becoming certified with IBE has been life changing. This method, this COMPANY, has completely changed my career. It gave me confidence behind the chair, and has brought so much joy to my clients in the chair. I used to wonder what all the hype was about. Almost one year ago I became certified and it has transformed my career. IBE is an amazing method with an even more amazing network of stylist that support each other always. Don’t take my word for it. Get certified and join the IBE family!

IBE has made such a impact on my career and for my clients! I’ve learned other methods and not that there was anything wrong with those methods, they just weren’t right for my clients and my needs as a stylist. IBE has given me a method to use that does fit mine and my clients needs, this is what is most important for me. I want to hear why they think IBE is truly the best without hating on other brands or methods. I want to know why she can do hair for 6 years and come out with this method and charge $$$$ for it and claim she is the best. Why? Why are you the best besides your culture and marketing? What’s your feedback on thousands of stylist saying you grew your success by talking crap on other people and or other brands and methods. The last interview she said “stylist supporting stylist until they are your competitors” why such a harsh mindset? Why say that in your first opening video? I want to learn this method but the only reason is the why behind it. The culture and trash talk really turns me off and I felt this second episode didn’t draw me in at all for the brand but great to hear another success story from a stylist. I want the answers to the hard questions everyone is asking and IBE is ignoring.

This community is nothing short of inspiring and life changing for me! I could have never imagined when I made the decision to get certified the life the ripple effect it would have on my life. Since getting certified I have been empowered to open my own salon, found more confidence, drive and passion, and found a supportive community to lean into for advice and encouragement.
