    Less plastic
Thanks for the encouragement to replace one plastic item. Mine is to make my own foaming hand soap. You can make a quart and a half of liquid soap mix with one bar of Castile soap. I haven’t purchased liquid hand soap for over a year, thus keeping several plastic bottles out of the waste stream. I also use laundry sheets rather than liquid or powdered detergent. More savings!

This episode made me acutely aware of my Lack of variety in leafy greens and how many more ways they can be easily used. Thank you Ellie. Your guests are as awesome as you. Love That Ellie Has A Podcast! Such Great Content~Tku
I’ve been a fan of Ellie Krieger’s for years, and was disappointed when her FoodNetwork show went away. Her healthy approach and style just isn’t the way that network went, though it was one of their very best shows…they went the way of “celeb chefs” and “Food Network Stars” more and more. As a result, I hardly ever watch the network anymore. That said…I was pleased to have found her again through my PBS station, her website, social media and now this podcast. I’ve always related to her balanced, doable approach to cooking healthy and appealing food. Clean eating. Her style speaks to me, to the way I cook and my beliefs on how best to enjoy a healthy, balanced diet of GOOD and delicious food. I always either get reaffirmed on things I’m already doing, or learn new things, diet tweaks, and of course, recipe ideas. So glad she has this podcast now, with a great variety of interesting guests and topics. I’m looking forward to it each week. Thank you!

I have followed Ellie for years and always loved her approach. Her delivery is friendly and professional at the same time. She makes you feel like you are sitting down across the table from her. So much common sense and down-to-earth advice in her writings and now this podcast. Very happy to see this addition and I will be eagerly following each week.

I have several of Ellie’s cookbooks and loved watching her cooking shows. I try to cook healthy. I love this concept of “Usually, Sometimes and Rarely”. Thank You Ellie
This podcast is easy to digest information. Your narrative, easygoing voice, and perspective along with your recipes make for a colorful healthy lifestyle plan. I do go overboard/mindlessly eating at night with chips and popcorn though, so I’m suggesting a topic for a future podcast. Thanks again and here’s to 2022! 🏃🏽‍♀️😊

    Awesome!!!!
Thank you for pointing us in the right direction! Since I can remember, food labels always included a “red, forbidden, NO, or naughty” labels of foods which we should NEVER eat if we want to “gain control” over our weight/life.😐 Thank you for sharing.
