A bit long winded. Great information but it dragged. I tried to get my partner to listen. Just a tad bit tooooo slow.

    Very informative and helpful
I love how Trish gives you facts but doesn’t force her opinion on you. I find her podcast and all her teachings very informative and helpful.

    Amazing and so real!
Love this podcast and everything Labor Nurse Mama. Trish is so real and down to earth. I have been following since 2021 and have had two babies with the support of the community both being successful VBACs. The Labor Nurse Mama community and support is amazing. The information you gleam from this podcast it amazing but only a portion of what is in the Calm Mama Society. I love these ladies so much and am incredibly grateful for all of them!!

    Releasing or increasing fear?
Found the episode on birth fears from May and began there. Instead of being positive and educational, the host tells listeners that instead of being afraid of tearing, you should "really be afraid of hemorrhoids," and "they're the worst." There's also "nothing you can do about that since they're genetic." No suggestions or encouragement or anything that would ease someone's new fear around hemorrhoids. I thought this episode was about releasing fear? Thanks for increasing it.

    Disappointing
Pain episode was literally just a half hour commercial for her workshop, repeating ad nauseum that birth has been happening since long before pain meds blabla and you just need techniques to help your brain know this is a welcome pain not a frightening one—and, you guessed it, you can learn those in the workshop! Would've been much more interesting to actually discuss the physiological/neurological basis for pain and for how the brain can be "the rewired", esp coming from an RN.
