    Great topics but…
I love the topics discussed however my first time listening to the podcast the first thing I noticed was how softly Dr. Mariel speaks and I had to keep adjusting the volume when her guest would speak then when Dr Mariel would speak, which was frustrating.

    Invaluable
As a psychologist, these topics have been missing from my training and are so vital, but also accessible to everyone. Dr. Buque provides deep and incisive wisdom with compassion and generously brings her whole self to each moment. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

    Amazing 🤩
Wow! Absolutely love this content. Loved what you and Maria discussed about self betrayal. It resonated with me so much because I am the black sheep of my family and I feel like most times I get side eyed by my family. Their projections have impacted me so much I started to self destruct a little which was betrayal to myself. It was only when I found my soul family and drew clear boundaries with toxic people did I begin to shift my energy. Thank you for this information and I loved the sound bowl meditation at the end. Great podcast! Looking forward to the next episode! #BreakTheCycle 🙏🏿✨

    Best mental health podcast out!
So thrilled that Dr. Buque has brought her expertise and healing to the podcast world. Not only does Dr. Buque (and her guests) provide powerful insights into how trauma is carried in our bodies and projected in our relationships, but she is also very intentional with opening and closing her podcasts with important healing work (breath work and sound baths). This podcast is so well rounded and healing! Much needed! Looking forward to future episodes!

Come bathe in this sea of goodness
Doctura! I extend deep gratitude to you for sharing your gifts and inviting us to healing. The intro and outro- with the water and the breath and the gentle soul-stirring sound… it’s a deep welcoming. Your choice of green, with the peek of your dress in that specific spot, and the white dress.. it all brings safe, steady but powerful, energy.✨ What I love most about the podcast thus far (2 episodes in) is the format. The intro is a beautiful invitation. I love that the conversation is not too long, but so insightful, validating, and gives the priceless gems. This is a safe space because Doctura doesn’t leave us hanging… ever leave a therapy session where lots of heavy energy is brought up and then…you’re left like…okay, thanks for bringing that to my awareness and leaving it stuck in my body… That doesn’t happen here. These are heavy topics, but I so love that we are ending these conversations with a way to help regulate our nervous systems that probably got riled up at the memories. I’m so happy you started a podcast. Let me go tell everybody about it…

    Break the cycle
I’m so excited to learn and hear about how others practice breaking the cycle of trauma, what tools they use and how their lives have changed as a result.
