Kristyn1034So happy I found this one!LOVE this podcast so much! Rachel and Olivia are naturals at this and I would literally listen to them ramble on about anything! One of the best parts are have they the most interesting guests, even if they might not be someone I would normally listen to, they make me glad I did! This is one podcast I look forward to every week! ❤️

OnlyTVthatmakesmehappyOlivia is great!I loved Hart of Dixie and want to support what Rachel Bilson does, but it is Olivia that keeps me subscribed. She asks interesting questions that show she’s done her research and come prepared to interview people. It’s worth subscribing and being selective about listening to people who interest you.

HangryAF________Like a good hang with your girlsI like the variety of topics discussed from episode to episode. It’s always interesting to see where the conversation will end up and the laughs along the way. I especially love how Olivia asks the questions I want to know. She takes the show beyond a basic interview and gives us a chance to learn more about the guests on a deeper level.

J.TronicOlivia Allan’s Refreshing Insight and Authenticity Shine BrightThe Broad Ideas Podcast is a breath of fresh air in the crowded podcast landscape, and much of that is thanks to the incredible talent and charisma of Olivia Allan. Olivia brings a unique blend of authenticity, wit, and emotional intelligence that makes every episode a must-listen. Her ability to create a safe and open space for both guests and listeners alike sets this podcast apart.

agb17-Rachel is a star… Olivia and Rob NOTI love this podcast but I really don’t like what Olivia brings to the show. Rob is alright but Rachel is amazing. I love Rachel’s way of talking about topics. I wish we could hear from better cohosts or just Rachel alone with the guest. I think Rachel should find someone who will better bounce off of her topics rather than Olivia and Rob. Rachel has proven she’s a great host and has an amazing personality especially after the call her daddy episode.
-
AbbyoliviaGorgeous and interestingI’m shocked this podcast doesn’t have more reviews? It’s actually kinda weird. But anyway. I love this pod. I’m a day one listener and you’ve grown a lot in some ways, but you’ve also stayed steadfast in all the good ways. I love both of you (and Rob😎) not for any deep or philosophical reason, but just because your conversations feel genuine and unabashed. That’s rare. So thank you. Also I cry almost every episode. Seriously.
-
ReOLBLack of diversityI really appreciate Olivia’s insight and interview style, but I wish the guest lineup was more diverse. I understand that many of the guests are friends of the hosts, but there's definitely a noticeable lack of representation from people of color.
-
maria sute 255Rachel needs to lock it upIt’s hard to listen to how mindless Rachel is. She laughs hysterically at the most inappropriate times and talks like baby. Rob is the best and Olivia has great insight.
-
Baby E's MommaThe BEST!!!!!Love the two of you so much! The insight, the laughs, I feel like I’m hanging out with my besties whenever I listen to this podcast. Thank you for your honesty and authenticity!
-
BriKovaOlivia’s voice is like nails on a chalk boardI honestly can’t stand hearing Olivia speak and wish there was another cohost.

Don't Blink, youll miss it!Oh Rachel 🤦🏻♀️Rachel other than the notoriety that goose along w your name… after months and months of listening I’m convinced that you sadly have nothing to offer. Your thoughts are winless and empty. At least 70% of your statements is LITERALLY you repeating exactly what Olivia has JUST said verbatim. You always sound like a 11 year old kid on the verge of laughing (inappropriately, like during class) and trying desperately not to. Rachel heading this podcast is like a little girl playing dress up and emerges w makeup all over her face and gripping over her own feet in heels way too big for her. Per usual, Rob is THE best kept secret to the pod that should not be kept a secret. Olivia is smart, thoughtful and insightful. The worst part is, getting so excited for a particular guest and you inevitably have done zero research and ask NOTHING pertaining to all of their iconic roles and life. You’re better off just talking amongst yourselves. That is all. 👋

danielariccoSkeet babyAll I have to say is Skeet Ulrich’s laugh is EVERYTHING. I love this man so much
-
alex4347🤦🏻♀️All I have to say is THANK GOD for Olivia and Rob that 100% save this podcast! Rachel always seem lost and not prepared with the guests, laughs at the most inappropriate times (like when Olivia was talking about her child with special needs), has no real insight/thoughts on anything, comes off extremely childish at all times and I am convinced the only reason she is on there is to lend her name to the podcast. Olivia on the other hand deserves her own podcast! She asks the most insightful questions, has really a lot of productive things to say and her views on everything are very inspiring. Pleaseeeeee Olivia do your own podcast!
-
Ashlee Simpson 4evaHere for ASHLEEOh God how I miss Ashlee’s voice! Love her 2 death. Lovely podcast anyway with Rachel, she so sweet.

TKFree5Keep it RealI just found your podcast and started w the Jake Johnson interview. Sooo FUNNY! I love your energy, honestly and commitment to keeping it real when there’s so much pressure to do the opposite! I’ll be listening to a lot more now!!

fujdkeMehTotally meh
-
tommgInane patter. Not worth your time. The nattering hosts lack curiosity and a readiness to ask good questions. In the episode featuring Prue Leith, no host raises the question why would Pillsbury copyright the term “bake-off.”. One host mutters that the motive has to be to earn a big payday. Lame and ignorant. Apparently no one there bothered to learn what the legal obligations of holding copyright involves. So no, it has nothing to do with earning a big payday.
-
@britkotsKristin Cavallari InterviewThe first episode I listened to was the Kristin Cavallari interview and it was amazing. I will definitely be listening more. I started actually laughing out loud, so good.
-
arthousecleanerLove the pod….you ladies have the best pod. So much heart and soul… two besties having fun together, sounds familiar….
-
nyccass4118Let’s ship itOne of my favorite podcasts. Is it just me or does Lewis Pullman and Rachel have major chemistry? I’m here for it!
-
SamM8892Big podcast listener-This is my favI’ve been listening since it started. There hasn’t been a bad episode, even when I’m not familiar with the guest. It really starts to feel like you know Rachel, Olivia, and Rob personally. It’s gotten to the point that by Thursday or so, my brain is like, “why haven’t I heard from my friends in DAYS?!” before realizing that these friends are actually podcast hosts, and we only get a new episode every Monday lol. I listen to podcasts all day while I work and this is by far my favorite.
-
Vic517Hmmm 🤔 used to like this podcast…I just saw that they had Tiffany Haddish and Bobby Lee on their show back to back… both have used children or p3dofilic issues in their, so called, comedy acts/routines/skits whatever you want to call it… gross. no thanks .. peace out ✌🏽
-
laceface0119Where’s Hart of Dixie?!?We have to get some HoD cast on here! I’m patiently waiting … 🥹🥹
-
dcmwkcAnnoyingContinuing to give Tiffany Haddish a platform after the grooming and sexualization of minors is irresponsible and disgusting. Hollywood forgets, but we remember. Also, NO ONE wants to listen to Rachel and her friends allude and tip toe around her still sleeping with Hayden after he has repeatedly expressed how much he values privacy. It’s annoying and no one besides Rachel cares. We all know you’re in Canada, we all know he lives in Canada. You comment on every one of his family members their posts. She has mentioned her connection to Hayden in literally every episode. I’ve listened to every episode, but after this one, I’m done.
-
ShanDempsReally enjoying it!Love this!! I’m very picky with my podcasts and the conversations have all been so interesting, tackling a wide range of topics. Great job Rachel & Olivia!!!
-
J J the JewLove this Podcast!!This is the first podcast I’ve come back to more than twice. Super interesting. Love it. Love y’all. Definitely listen to this podcast.
-
DWaningerThis pod is so much fun!!I love this podcast so much fun! I love how candid Rachel and Olivia are. They ask their guests impactful but also hilarious questions. This pod is like a journey… I laugh and cry and learn so much! I absolutely adore listening!! 💖
-
Sorry I couldn't help myselfPoor rachelWith every episode it becomes more clear to me why Rachel is single.
-
whiiiiiittttneyLove you guys!Thank you guys for speaking so candidly. It’s shame that society still tries to shame women for doing so. I hope you keep doing what you’re doing! 💗
-
valiegirl26One of my favorites, like hanging with your best friendI absolutely love this show! I don’t always know who each of the guests are when they come on, but the conversations are always so entertaining and go in all sorts of interesting directions. Feels like I’m hanging out and chatting with friends whenever I listen. Rachel Olivia and Rob also have great chemistry so I enjoy the last segment of the show with them catching up, just like Dax and Monica do on armchair 😀
-
JennWade2009Paging Dr. Zoe HartSearching for a Hart of Dixie podcast and came across this. Love it!! Please tell me you have guests from the show!!
-
courtraspCan’t stop listening!Stumbled on this podcast and have been binging it ever since. I am very picky about the podcasts I listen to. This one will be one of the few I look forward to each week. I love the dynamic between all of the hosts. They each bring valuable perspectives to the show. Olivia seems to be getting a lot of hate in the reviews but I love how she seems to really bring out the true depth of each guest. I am not one for small talk and I feel like each conversation feeds into the part of me that enjoys a deep conversation that’s not just surface level talk. Listening to the episodes feels like a hug for my brain! Love love love it!
-
Dan1777999877LOVE!Broad Ideas has quickly become a favorite in my feed! I'm consistently loving the engaging conversations, insightful content, and actionable ideas. I truly learn something every time I listen and always get a laugh!

shzinajsBest. Podcast. Ever. Or arm&arm with armchair expert LOLLove this podcast! You 3 are so fun to listen to! Please never stop being you or feel like you have to filter yourselves for anyone. ❤️
-
cjs1130Love it!I really enjoy this podcast, especially when the guests are so open. I’ve been a fan of Rachel’s since the OC days and she really seems like such a fun, down to earth girl! I hope one day they add a video option!
-
LizaarrdGreat!Awesome!
-
dina.s91Boring feels like HSWasted an hour , feels like HS drama. Best part is sweet Rachel’s voice
-
Rachael from MNLove this podcast so much!I found this podcast kind of randomly and absolutely love it. I found myself laughing, sometimes crying and also talking to my ipad as if I was a part of the conversation. I didn’t know who some of the guests were and still thought it was totally interesting and found myself learning so much from these conversations. Rachel is the best and Olivia is great as well.
-
jo ran garLoving it!Recently starting binging Broad Ideas (about 15 episodes in) and I am loving it! Rachel is adorable and a very relatable person. I love Armchair Expert and love that Rob is a bit more involved in this show. His voice is….. hot. Can’t deny it. Other reviews share this same view so I won’t go into it too much, but Olivia overpowers the show. She constantly brings up about her doctor husband, or what she does for a living, etc. I understand these are big characteristics for her, but it should be understood that she is constantly repeating herself to us (the audience the show is made for).
-
PuddingsmommaDisappointedCame for Rachel - love her on all the shows! Excited to listen to Kristen Cavalerri as well. But who are the other two? They are SO ANNOYING! Shut up and let Rachel talk. They talk over Rachel and are monotone and boring.

LadySoul229Friends in my head!!I just recently got into listening to podcasts and learned about this one when I was listening to the two of you on Rabia and Ellyn Solve the Case. I’m a huge Rachel Bilson fan and so I had to check this podcast out. It is absolutely AMAZING! From the hosts, to the opening song, to the guests and everything in between. It is so raw, so real and so relatable!! I am binging the episodes on my commute to and from work (an hour each way) and though I’m in my car, I feel like I am sitting in the living room with my friends, discussing anything and everything, going off on tangents and down rabbit holes, like girlfriends do. I often find myself wanting to jump in and be a part of the actual conversation. Okay, I won’t lie, sometimes I do agree and answer questions aloud as if you all can hear me! I have ADHD and what I love the most is that when your conversations go off on tangents, no one pressures anyone to get back to the original topic or shames anyone for changing subjects. With all the thoughts that are swirling inside my little brain, my brain and I feel validated. You just let the conversation go wherever it goes. And somehow you always end up talking about food at some point. I feel we are so much alike. I LOVE food. Oh, I have so much more I want to say and share!! May I add here, for the record, Olivia, you are amazing. From your personality, to your voice, to your opinions, to your contributions to the conversations! Never let anyone steal your joy, self-confidence or self worth! Anyhoot, just like you say to many of your guests, I want to be your friend and hang out with you! And so, I will anxiously await the day that can actually happen, but for now I’ll enjoy your company via the speakers in my car and we’ll forever be friends in my head! PS…if you ever want to have a non-famous, “nobody” guest on your show, I’d welcome the invite anytime. We can discuss interracial marriage, motherhood (bi-racial children, military sons, foster care and adoption), estranged relationships, teaching, being a “Lolli” (grandma), overcoming trauma, bicycling across Iowa, paranormal, and so much more! Well, alrighty bahdighty this review just turned into a chapter! To be continued (live or in my head, LOL)… Byyyeeeeeeeeee! ❤️

Workout for fun and healthAmazing!!I’m new to the podcast - I came because of the Kristin Cavallari episode and I stayed because I love Rachel Bilson (her voice is so cute!) and the dynamic between her and her copodcasters and their guests. Also can I just request that Kristen Bell write a book on parenting - wow, that woman is intelligent and I really like her views on parenting!
-
ColieB1989Colie1989New listener, really enjoying this podcast. I love Rachel Bilson. She has a great balance of adding her own tidbits but letting the guests speak. I think it’s tough to have a podcast with so many hosts because there’s a lot of talking over each other. The other cohost seems to jump in A LOT for it not being her podcast? I think she talks the most actually. I thought she would play more of a supporting role. That part can make it difficult to follow. I enjoy Rob’s input because it’s less frequent, placed appropriately and supports Rachel’s interviews.
-
cypressgirl20Great podcast!Really enjoy this podcast since it’s relatable having women in their 30s that talk about real issues. I didn’t care for the Heidi episode. Literally still reeling over the whole Lauren fall out after all these years and still whining about it! This vile woman doesn’t take any accountability what so ever.
-
💗💗C💗💗CringeThis podcast sometimes has good guests but Rachel Bilson’s constant fake laughing is insufferable and actually takes away from listening. It feels insincere and at times, disrespectful to guests. The podcast as a whole is also just pretty shallow — they don’t do a good job of asking thoughtful or even follow up questions.
-
Pod squad girlEngaging, insightful and funny podcastI found this podcast as a big fan of Rachel Bilson’s work (OC, HOD) and her rewatch pod. The podcast has really hit its stride lately. Rachel and Olivia’s honesty & interview style encourages people to open up. The dynamic between the 3 hosts is hilarious and relatable. I look forward to it each week. I appreciate the guest variety and diversity of their opinions and backgrounds also.
-
chgrpadsRelatableI love these three! Even just their silly conversations are funny and relatable. Off the cuff topics are hilarious. Guests are interesting too!
-
geeeehubbbbRedemptionThank you for redeeming yourselves with the Lori episode after having listened to that painful episode with Heidi. Nothing personal against Heidi, but she lacks the ability to have a deep conversation which what I love so much about most of the intelligent female guests on the podcast. Otherwise, I look forward to new episodes every week! Always thought Rachel is adorable and equally loving Olivia too! Cheers Broads!!!
-
Nico J 11Love Rachel!Starting with Heidi’s ep for some reason. Probably not a smart decision since that girl deflects, takes no accountability and blames everyone else. But like that Rachel gives anyone a platform and she’s just letting them be them - not rude or second guessing obvious lies etc. Enjoy the OC podcast so really want to support this one! Looking forward to listening to all the other guests
