Incredibly helpful and even healing

I randomly came across Emily’s podcast while looking for anything that could help me not feel so alone. Ironically I found this podcast, “Why do you think you’ve got no friends”. Wasn’t sure what it was all about, but to my surprise was exactly what I needed at this time and place. Emily really leaves you with a bit of hope after each episode, along with this feeling that you aren’t really alone, that there is way out.

Refreshingly Honest & Witty

I have to admit, the title of the podcast alone had me raising an eyebrow in curiosity & was fully prepared to bear witness to a trainwreck. But I never knew how much I needed this raw honesty, delightfully lucid self-awareness perspective on Emily’s path to healing. I related far more than I would have ever admitted to myself. Laughed, cried quietly on a bench, listened over and over again when I felt I was unredeemable. Thank you, Emily, so so much. 🙏🏽
