    Excellent Advice
    I love this show. The advice and insight Hilary shares is so authentic and has really helped me to stay the course in my own weight loss journey. She is the real deal. I knew from the first time I heard her that she was speaking from a place of true knowledge about what it really takes to lose weight and keep it off. I appreciate the psychological tips she shares for staying the course. But in truth I’ve loved all of her content. She has been there and knows what the challenges are. This puts her in the unique position of being able to give sound advice that is both rooted in science as well as her personal experience. Not for the faint of heart, I appreciate her stark honesty with a hefty dose of positivity and encouragement. Really great show!

    I don’t know why it took me years trying all the things before just committing to BBH. Through all of it, this podcast was always my home base for good, solid information on how to change for good. I took the leap and I am so glad I did.     I listen to this podcast while traveling and during workouts. Hilary does a great job of messaging information that pulls you in and makes you want more. I enjoy the pep talks, when she shares her best practices, top 10 lists, love it or leave it, and stories that have been shared launch as her personal story and her mothers. I like the variety that’s offered within this podcast. I have listened to all the episode and plan to listen again to some of my favorite ones to refresh my memory.     I love this podcast. I have never listened to one and not left feeling more encouraged and capable of accomplishing my body goals and weight goals. I love how Hillary speaks the truth and she does it with love. She’s not mean about it and she is also able to emphasize with you because she has been through her own weight loss and she has experienced the same struggles that we have. If you listen to one of these and do not feel encouraged and motivated to get yourself in gear, I would say that’s on you.

    I have been listening to Hilary’s podcast for over a year now after participating in one of her challenges, and then bingeing the entire podcast not long after completing the challenge! The podcast is so informative and teaches so much in such a simple way. I think one of the real advantages of the podcast on a week-to-week basis is the honest, no nonsense, truth talk and motivational approach to fat loss, weight loss and macro tracking. Hilary says the things we need to hear to keep going or get back on track. I always leave a truth talk episode feeling back on the top of my game and ready to tackle what is next. LOVE the podcast ❤️

    I’ve been listening to Hilary’s podcast for a while now, but this latest episode I just listened to was like she was talking about my life. I didn’t grow up eating healthy, more like so so, stuff from a box. Now I have a 3.5 year old and 2 year old twins, all three girls. If you knew the amount of drama that happens in the 30 minutes it typically takes to make a meal, you’d be shocked. So I’m really struggling with the planning of the meals and macros and being tied to the stove is just not an option right now. I’m sold. I need this program in my life!

She has realistic, accessible, actionable advice to give on living a balanced, but healthy lifestyle. If you have a hesitation or setback in your health journey, Hilary is most likely done a podcast on it. She is equal parts encouraging and realistic, so it’s the truth talk and motivational speech all in one. I look forward to new episodes because it always a topic I need to learn more about or an encouragement I need to hear to continue in my journey.

    Great info to help with lifelong success. Hilary is a wealth of information because she’s not only been in the weight loss journey but she’s also educated herself so her lessons come from personal and educational. It’s clear her goal is for women to be successful with macro counting and make sure the weight women lose now will not be gained again. For most of us who have lost weight and think our program work Hilary reminds us it didn’t or we wouldn’t be here. Hilary’s IG page and challenges are the best ones out there.
