Great for me and my team
I get so much out of every episode and have shared episodes with people on my team, my coach and other advisors. I have learned so much about how to run my practice better and how to think differently. He has guests on the show that bring so much wisdom and practical application that drives me to want to be better. I’ve talked to Wes a few times and he is the real deal and so genuine.

Great way to see things in different perspectives.
The way they ask questions and explain complex concepts are blowing my mind. The way they do is to show clients process and understand the heart of the services that they offer. Most people only focus on products type and hardy take their mind out off it. This podcast really well explain how important it is to have a true holistic financial planning. Love the podcast!

    Circle of Friends
We all need a circle of friends, close advisers to help us through life. Wes is almost 20 years my junior yet in many ways so much wiser. I’d be a fool not to listen. The wisdom shared here is not just for the successful or aspiring fee based financial advisor. This is wisdom for everyone in life trying to balance “normal” with new. Anyone that is striving to thrive in business, career, relationships, life.

Great for entire leadership team to listen to
Real world direction and focus for those leaders who are high performing and want to improve. It’s a must listen for our entire leadership team. Wes comes across as understanding as if he has been in the positions he is talking about before. It is extremely relatable and applicable in the business environment we actually live in.
