Thank you . I have been thinking of ethical sexuality and sex positivity from a spiritual perspective from some time now . I am so Greatful for these 2 episodes . The discussions on shame were so rich and validating. I also love the way u both spoke of the body and how it has been secularized by religion , as something to rise above , very profound . This convo was so needed.

I am loving this podcast so far. I love the examples of getting free as having clear intention, reading researching, holistic healing through certain plant medicine, going on retreats. As a person who was searching on how to liberate my self before. When I first got on the path it was extremely hard to grasp because a lot of terminology was always used but no step by step method and how to shift our paradigm of thinking between the spaces of thought and action. We have to do the work but what does the work look like for someone starting. Would love more examples of what that work looked like for you all and others you know. As in thought, action, responding and gauging without overloading or discouraging one’s self. Such as discipline levels, knowing when you are on the right path or a path at Al and what takes place there and to get there. What does it feel like sound like look like? A lot of time we get taught what to think about in attempts to get free but a lot of us need to know “how to think”. Love the work love the guidance but I know for those who are not there yet it’s hard just hearing the what to do and not receiving the steps to do the self work the alone work the getting rid of the fear.

Super excited by this podcast. Love them both individually but love them coming together and collaborating on these important conversations even more. Looking forward to tuning in 🙏🏼🌈
