    Teicholz episode
I have gotten a lot from this podcast generally and so much of what Nina Teicholz says in this episode is right on. You people are complete fools however if you think Trump & co are going to deliver anything you mention here. It blows my mind you could think otherwise.

Excellent, provocative content and a balanced approach to delivering it
Dr. Scher has been an early, holistic thinker on the topic of metabolic health. He brings interesting, cutting edge speakers on his podcast and interviews them in a way that brings out salient points for the listener. He is careful to present content and ask questions in a balanced way that assumes an educated listener who wants expert guidance for how to think about drivers of their own metabolic health.

    Evolution
I have enjoyed listening to your podcasts. I know that you and your guests are very intelligent people but I often hear references made to human evolution. I wish you would research this further and see that this is an antiquated debunked theory based on the current science of DNA and other evidence shared by many informed scientists today.

    Thank you
I recently discovered this podcast and look forward to the episodes. Dr. Elena Gross was particularly important for me to hear, on migraines. I appreciate that you interview scientists. Loyal listener here.

Scientific insights that are easy to apply
Dr. Scher’s podcast is a must-listen for anyone interested in the intersection of metabolism and mental health. Dr. Scher and his guests make complex scientific concepts easy to understand. I really appreciate the interviews with people who have lived experience with mental illness. It’s inspiring to see how modifying lifestyle can dramatically improve our mental health.

    Great Podcast for Mental Health
The information is great for those resolving mental health with diet. The material is presented in a way the is easy for even us dummies to comprehend. I’m excited to see the ways Metabolic Mind revolutionizes the way mental health is treated!

    Great Start
The first two interviews have been excellent, and I look forward to hearing more as they are released. Several years ago I was surprised when my own mental health greatly improved after transitioning to a ketogenic diet. I even tried carnivore diet for extended periods of time, which also helped. Because I like learning about mental health and low carb interventions, this podcast is hitting upon a very unique interest set for me. This information has the potential to improve lives, and possibly even save lives if heard by the right person. Going forward I would love to hear interviews that touch upon anxiety, depression, OCD and schizophrenia. I’m also curious about long term heart health, as ketogenic diets can lead to increases in measured cholesterol for some. Great start. Looking forward to more episodes!
