    Wrong shoe sizes!
Omg! I also have been wearing the wrong size shoes for years! I work at REI and one day a co-worker INSISTED on measuring my feet and he changed my life.

    Re-listening to episodes
I could go on and on about how much this podcast is helping me, but the proof is in the fact that I’ve re-listened to the past few episodes back to back.

    Fabulous show and community
Mattia is brilliant, warm, and knows their stuff! This is one the most informative sources on AuDHD and the patrons-only coaching calls are terrific.

    Validating and Relatable
Listening to this podcast, I feel as though I’m receiving helpful reminders and validating insights with a gentle and sincere delivery. In a world where we’re constantly being sold products, ideas, methods, etc, it’s a relief to be able to tune in to an episode and feel like that’s not a motivation for recording the podcast. I appreciate the variety of topics, episode lengths, and guests; and it’s simply an easy listen for me even when the topics can sometimes bring up a lot, or are heavier in terms of subject matter.

    Preach!
The systemic oppression lens interwoven into the rest of the podcast is fantastic and much-needed. Has me yelling “Preach!!!” as I’m listening while cooking dinner. Love to hear what you have to say. Thanks for this podcast.

Feeling seen, accepted and like there’s a place for me.
That time I cried when a stranger on a podcast said I’ll never be too much for them and I’ll always be enough. As an Audhd person, I struggle to find community as my neurotype feels so specific and at times contradictory. It’s blowing my mind to have another human so consistently and accurately describe so many of my experiences. I’m so grateful.

    I feel so seen!
Thank you for making this. It’s so good to feel understood at this level, because it’s so rare for me. I’m sharing links to this all over the place!
