Zeph Q. CravenRefresh your relationship to magicWarning: you may actually hear the frightful howls after all! This trio of vibrant magicians shares so much personal experience in humble and accessible ways, and openly encourages YOU to get up and give your magic a flex. They also offer a serious amount of historical and folkloric information that is generally difficult to access. This podcast goes hard. The Patreon and Discord are incredible. More bonus content and powerful magical connections than you can handle. I have dreamt of building a community of efficacious magicians, only to stumble upon one they built already through Patreon. The Frightful Howls You May Hear has quickened and ignited my magical practice like no book or podcast has in years.

Meg C PowersAmazing podcast, just hoping for balance. The breadth of knowledge of these three is astounding. I just wish that there was more of a balance between the three voices, because it seems like one person is dominating the conversation, and in some ways, that detracts from the overall content.

stealthoperaFresh and uniqueI listen to a lot of occult/magic podcasts, and while I am a fan of a number of them, after awhile they have all started to have the same 15 magician authors on to talk about the same Western European grimoire work. The Frightful Howls crew and friends are a refreshing departure from the usual suspects and the usual topics, and I have learned a tremendous amount from the depth and breadth of their knowledge and practice. Absolute must listen for anyone interested in magic and the occult.

Shasta StrangeA low-key masterclass in living folklore…A low-key masterclass in living folklore and the sorcerous arts. Manages to feel light hearted and casual, while going deep on a vast spectrum of topics not bounded by geographic location or time period. Highly recommend.

stryk9Scholars of Lore, Masters of PracticeThe intimacy of this podcast is what pulled me in, and the knowledge keeps me coming back for more. Sfinga, Key, and Salt are scholars of their personal craft, as well as global cultural lore and magic. Yet despite being incredibly well-read, their delivery is deeply personal and entertaining. You’re sharing a table with three close friends who share their passion and experience for their craft. I love it, and I look forward to the next episode as soon as the newest one ends.
