Unprecedented

Brexit, Covid, Partygate, lockdowns, leaks, the war in Ukraine, a cost-of-living crisis and the scandals that plagued our politics. Guto Harri was in the room when the big decisions were made. In this podcast, expect unprecedented access behind the shiny black door of Number 10 Downing Street, during one of the most chaotic periods in British political history.  Guto was Boris Johnson’s Communications Chief. When he first walked over the Number 10 threshold, things weren’t normal. A set of circumstances, scandals and chaos that will never be repeated. It was unprecedented.

    Incredibly bad
There’s not a single thing in this podcast that you would not know from having read the newspapers at the time.

    Brilliant
Accidentally stumbled upon this podcast and found it a great listen - interesting and insightful. People complaining seem to be coming from their personal political bias but whatever your political views, Unprecedented gives a gripping recount of a very turbulent time in our history and is definitely worth checking out.

Episode 1 - the Boris is great episode
Come on - this episode seems there simply to re-write the Boris Johnson history. We skip over his racist and anti-gay Telegraph articles like they are a bit of fun. We extol the virtues of a ‘liberal’ London Mayor (?). We talk about how he is being hounded as PM. Let’s hope this is a ‘set him up to fall hard’ approach as this man is the most disgraced politician of his generation. This man has caused such deviation to the country’s future with his lies. And here we are - taking a whimsical journey through a glorious rise to power in episode 1. I hope some truths are injected in future episodes.
