    Love and trust your information
I knew Kate back in the CrossFit days and absolutely love her. I trust the information that you guys provide and would an episode on seed oils!

    Not accepting any assumptions
I love the conversational approach Michael and Kate have to breaking down health and fitness assumptions. It feels like I’m sitting at brunch just chatting with them about the day’s topic. They are asking questions and seeking real answers here. Love it.

    Such good info!
I love that I am being presented with facts and then allowed to figure out what is best for me in my life with the facts that are presented. I always leave each episode feeling educated and empowered to make small incremental changes that will improve my overall health. If you want a magic diet pill, get fit quick scheme, or the newest fad routine maybe listen to a different podcast because all you’ll find here is long term solutions backed by science.

    Evidence based, down to earth
Kate and Michael are like listening to friends you trust. Great evidence based info that help you feel like you can navigate through noise out there in the fitness world.

    Excellent content!
I enjoy listening and learning from this podcast each week. Episodes are the right combination of conversation, statistics, forward thinking and entertainment.

A much needed breath of fresh air
I love these guys. It’s about time we had people telling the truth around fitness, health and well-being. With so many toxic “fitness influencers” out there it’s just so refreshing to have a podcast like this that speaks to those who are just trying to live their best lives and not made to feel bad for not having six pack abs.

Lots of info that’s easy to digest
I love learning through podcasts and this one really packs a punch! I love it because the episodes are short and sweet but I still walk away learning a lot in that short amount of time without feeling like I need to commit to episodes that are hours long. Kate and Michael do a great job of sharing information that’s easy to digest but also very informative. They are both super knowledgable and passionate about what they do and you can tell that they genuinely want to help others be informed in the health and wellness space where there’s often a lot of conflicting information.

    Reasonable, feasible, relatable
These two are clearly among the best in the fitness industry. Because they haven’t lost sight of what life is like when you don’t work in the fitness industry. Far too many voices get caught up in their own lives, they give advice that isn’t relatable—that’s not the case here. Debunking, conversational, and easy to follow.

    Creating educated consumers
As this is my podcast, I’m clearly biased, but I absolutely love how much I learn in researching episodes and how much information we get to share in the recording process. Our goal is to tackle topics around which there is much controversy and confusion and discuss topics that help us be more educated consumers of fitness, nutrition, and health messaging.

    Good chemistry between the hosts
Kate and Michael work well together and they’re easy to listen to, which is really nice when you listen to somebody talk for 40+ minutes straight. I thought their topics of discussion were fun and different, and also not sensationalized, which is a breath of fresh air in the fitness podcast space where many people say outrageous things just for views and attention. Keep up the good work Kate and Michael!

    Fun and interesting
I love all things fitness, but this podcast is a bit different as it explores more than just working out and staying healthy. I’m learning new and interesting aspects of the vast world of fitness. It’s fun!

A Win for the Fitness Industry
I’ve been following Kate for years and was so excited when she announced her podcast. She is incredibly well-researched and is a thought leader in her field (I actually hate that term but that’s what we’re using now-and Kate fits the bill!). In true Kate-style, the podcast presents issues with the fitness and nutrition industry and unpacks them in a way that is informative, digestible, and compelling. Both Kate and Michael have great things to say and their voices are easy to listen to. Highly recommend!
