So fun and hilarious!

I binged the whole show in a day. It’s so funny and really easy to lose yourself in the story and the characters. If you live in NYC (or it’s really relatable from anywhere for all of us who enjoy a little pop culture) the characters (and their stories) are a wonderful satire of the whole influencer world. I definitely recommend! Liz

Bad influencer’s a dub

Good, but a couple notes 🤗

This is a good show with a lot of humor and intriguing characters like Sarah. Although, at times it felt like a long commercial and the episodes were to short. That being said, I hope Emerald Network keeps rolling out good content like this for a long time 😜😚.

Fun and lighthearted listen

So fun and interesting! I don’t want to give too much of the plot away but I think it balances a good, authentic “coming of age” almost (?) with an intriguing look into the world of influencers.

Caught my attention and quickly lost it

I saw a headline about this being a podcast with Kristen Doute, Christy Carlson Romano, Deuxmoi, and Perez Hilton so I decided to overlook giving PH a second chance and gave it a listen. For a “female powered, female story driven” podcast network as the production ads told me, it was a weird choice to see Perez Hilton be in this “show”. The “” is because this is more of an ad for the four stars to plug their latest project between in episode plugs for the dating app the show is sponsored by. There is nothing organic or genuine about this show. I thought I was getting “Deadly Manners” style show about influencers but it not. It’s just ads.

This was such a fun, bingeable listen!! Light-hearted, sweet, funny and honest, a welcome change from my usual true crime. And I loved the celeb cameos! Definitely worth a listen.

Meh

I guess the story is ok but the episodes are too short and far too many advertisements making the episodes even shorter. Kind of a stupid way to do a scripted podcast. Either make the episodes longer or cut down the ads.

This fictional podcast is a nice break from my regular dark listens. I am a little surprised at how much I am thoroughly enjoying Bad Influencer, as I don't usually go for this type of podcast. Go listen!

It’s cute except…

The episodes are too short comparing it to the amount of ad time they plug in. One episode was just basically another advertisement for the dating app that’s not even available all over yet. 30 mins with ad space would be better for these episodes. Kinda starting off slow as well. Came here from the royals of Malibu podcast. I suggest basing the ad space like they do there and stop making it a clichè episode to talk about FROME again. They was tacky in my opinion.

I am obsessed with Bad Influencer! I was only going to listen to one episode, but ended up listening to four already. It’s hilarious and light, with great acting and a compelling storyline. Highly recommended!
