Rono2000Goldmine of wisdomKatie has captured the wisdom of Mr. Yoshino and the Lean philosophy and presented it in a new light highlighting the importance of “learning to lead” but most importantly “leading to learn” that contains timeless and meaningful value that is applicable to our personal and professional journey. Katie keeps the chain of learning moving forward. I will be practicing what Mr. Yoshino stated, “true learning happens through continuous reflection”

RxsxlThis is for everyone at any stage of their careerI am consider a senior leader but just recently discovered Katie. I have started to use her resources on her site but this pod is the real value-added. The items that Katie covers have given me the language I need to express myself better and truly improve. I wish I had know about her when I was earlier in my career. To that point, I have even recommended it to all my staff. For their PD benefit but also to help my team be on the same page as we grow and improve our operations.

buddman2010Terrific podcast, great episodeI’m learning about from Chain of Learning and I really like the recent episode "Wiring the Winning Organization," with Gene Kim and Steven Spear. It inspired me to buy their book. I like that Katie, Gene and Steven focus on the dynamics of organizational management and improvement. They describe the creation of a working environment where employees can fully express their ingenuity and intellectual horsepower. It emphasizes the transition from a 'danger zone,' where problem-solving is challenging, to a 'winning zone' where solutions are more readily found. Lots of take-aways for my own work.
