michalgilahealthloved this pod until….they reported on the day of the ceasefire/ releasing of hostages in a chillingly one sided way. totally ignored the young women who lived in horrendous conditions and were finally released (cause for celebration) and focused solely on the war stats in gaza. how about compassion for humanity on both sides?? felt like performative woke culture coldness… especially for a group of women who seem to care about other women. it was hurtful and disturbing… how profoundly not intersectional.

KeotaboyKeeping a Professor in the U.S. Culturally RelevantI stumbled upon the “Everything is Content” podcast when it appeared in my Instagram feed, and I am hooked! I am a professor of U.S. History in California whose reputation hinges on remaining culturally relevant, and Beth, Ruchira, and Oenone keep me up-to-date on the latest in pop culture, as well as offer nuanced and insightful commentary on issues regarding gender, race, and class. I thoroughly enjoy the show! Thank you for the quality content, and for keeping me “cool with the kids!” Cheers!
