    Wait, it’s not just me?
As a recently diagnosed ADHDer, listening to this podcast has been eye opening. There are some things they describe and it’s the first time I realize that thinking that way is ADHD, and the normals don’t struggle with those thoughts. Every episode I learn something new, and I am able to get language to be able to describe my struggles to my normal brained husband, which has been ground breaking for our home.

    So entertaining!
These two are funny, relatable, down to earth people showing us adhd can be a superpower! Their content is thoughtful, focused on their audience, and they always show and preach compassion. Honestly, I was worried this would be another adhd podcast that might make me overthink and not be enjoyable..BUT, these two are different! I always learn or understand something new, feel seen and get a good laugh! Highly recommend!

    Quickly became my favorite podcast
These two are hilarious but I think why I find them so funny is the fact that Grace and Tara so relatable. 🤣 I’ve never left a review before nor have I purchased a podcast subscription but I truly can’t get enough of these two. I learn and laugh so much during each episode while feeling so seen. ♥️ Keep up the good work! With love from the northern hemisphere, Stephanie Ellis-Martin

    My new favorite podcast
Never have I felt so seen and so validated and so lucky to have ADHD! I cackle multiple times every episode and have had so many “Aha!” moments where I realize why I do certain things. I have already started integrating some of Tara & Grace’s tips and tricks into my routines (10-minute timers have been a game-changer) I have had so many painful and frustrating experiences because of my ADHD, and this podcast helps me reclaim, embrace, and love my neurodivergent brain 🫶

    MY Besties
I’ve never reviewed a podcast before but this one is worth the extra effort. They put humor and words to feelings I’ve had my whole life. I am now also an Aussie after binging so many episodes today. My only complaint is I found them so early on I’ll run out of episodes soon and have to wait for new ones to come out. Thank you for such a great show 💜

    Finally..
Listening to this has changed so much for me. I finally feel like a “normal” person because I know I’m actually not the only person who experiences things like this. It has given me so much advice on how to deal with things and live my best possible life. Thank you!! ♡

Thank you 💖 so affirming 😊
I am so grateful for this podcast! As a newly diagnosed (mid 30s) ADHDer with few in-person ADHD friends to share with, I read as many books as I can on the topic, and while they are informative and many are also encouraging, this podcast brings a real human, day-to-day lens to the concepts. I loved the series with the paradise islands and found myself so relaxed and amused listening to them that I got excited when traffic got worse on my drive home from work 🤣 now if that’s not aa sign of an awesome listen, I don’t know what is. Seriously, though - Thank you for all the joy you’ve brought me while doing boring stuff around the house and on my commute. Also, Grace, I love your planner and use it about… once a month! But totally worth it 🥰 I now exercise regularly (not that you asked, but that was a specific goal I’d elaborated on with Habit Visualization in the planner earlier in the year).

    ADHD Olympics Wins the Gold!
I have been listening to a wide variety of podcasts since around 2017. Although all of your episodes are helpful and also funny, this recent one takes the gold. Your announcing of the ADHD Olympics was so extremely clever and hilarious. I feel seen!

    Feel so seen
As a recently diagnose adult, I felt really lost and alone. This podcast has helped me to understand that so much of what I do is because of adhd and that I’m not alone! Thank you Grace and Tara

    Grateful & Relatable!
Grateful for these two lovely ladies! They are funny, sweet, and combat negative self talk that might be hiding under the surface. The RSD examples are much more helpful than the internet’s examples. Fun fact: My bff with suspected ADHD called me while you two on the pod were talking about body doubling, to tell me she was so grateful she did a big scary task last time we were on the phone together 😂😂! Can’t wait to listen to more episodes!! Also the rec for Endel is GOLD.

    MY PEOPLE!

Finally, a podcast that gets me!
I love this podcast! It is such a comfort to hear these two besties talk openly, and humorously, about the struggles of being an adult woman with ADHD. It’s real and honest. My bestie and I are both loving this since we both struggle with ADHD. Thank you, Ladies! I look forward to Thursdays now!

    Fantastic, funny, and educational!!!
OMG, you gals are hilarious! I’m all things ADHD, and today learned something! Me at the drugstore buying stupid stuff so as not to go bankrupt, but get that ever important dopamine! Yup!!! Also, no top sheet! Duvet, and, my partner and I have our own duvets. That’s what happens when you get even older and finally realize the battle of covers and temperature comfort is ridiculous! Thanks for arriving and making the ADHD world more, dare I say, fun! ❤️
