Brutal Honesty lives up to its name. Nick hits critical truths without wasting words. Really a beautiful podcast. Plug for Nick, the human: Nick is a guy that lives his life going out of his way to help others—it’s not just talk. Years ago, even though he didn’t know me personally, Nick went out of his way to get a trial transcript to me of a dishonest expert (that Nick had successfully crossed in trial). This kindness was a major factor in my cross of the expert (and winning trial altogether), resulting in a fair verdict/payment for my deserving client. Thank you, Nick!

As is normal, extremely well done!

Nick offers ideas to trial lawyers who are beginning their journey as well as those who have been trying cases for longer than he has. Try to read everything he writes, hear him when he speaks, watch him try a case, he has distinguished himself by willing to do what is necessary to try the case for his clients and only his clients which is what we all need to do. If you do that, you win and they win! If he does not do his best job, he tells himself that unflinchingly and works harder the next time. A lesson for every single one of us who care about our clients.
