    Amazing!!
Been trying a bunch of neurology podcasts - Trina out the OG is the best for a reason - down to earth, not at all dry, and useful. They make it about LEARNING, in a fun way!

    Classic
Been listening for years (not quite since the start, which I learned was 2007!!!), but long enough to know they always get it right. Never stop — the neurology topics - covered simply enough for a non-medical person - are amazing.

    How is this free?!?
This is a neurology residency in audio form. And so cool to hear it from the actual experts, just chatting casually. Love it!

    Instrumental to my commute
Really helps put the articles in context. Editor Stacey Clardy does a great job keeping the interviewers on topic and has quite a sense of humor too!

    Quality Every week
This podcast continually has the world’s leaders present digestible conversations of clinically impactful work. The pod is there Every week and I love the casual tone rather than it just being an dryly editor reading. I encourage all of my trainees and colleagues alike to listen.

    Crucial information for clinicians
I wish every neurologist and lots of MDs listened to the Neurology podcast. What stands out to me are three things: a focus on recent discoveries from the research community, specific questions and clear answers about the research, and clinical relevance with respect to appropriate diagnoses and treatments. The luminaries (Prusiner, Dalmau, Gross) are a bonus, as is the personal style of some of my favorite interviewers (Clardy, Crowell, Monteith).

    Staying power
Other Neurology and Medical podcasts seem to come and go — but this Green Journal Podcast has staying power (since 2007, apparently — though I didn’t even know what a podcast was back then!). They clearly just want to teach and keep clinicians at the top of their game, and they are the best at it.

The one, the only for me
This Neurology Podcast is the best — no meaningless banter, no paternalistic or “ivory tower” commentary - they cut to the chase with peer-reviewed, high quality Neurology. They ask the questions I want to know the answers to. Keep it up!!!

    The First, The Best
Seems so many other podcasts coming along in Neurology in the last couple years... and NONE compare. This is for all neurology clinicians (and trainees), perfect length, always relevant !!!
  • Love Autoimmune Ones!
    Easily digestible!!
Love these — especially the Autoimmune interviews, with Pittock, Dalmau, Linnoila, Zekeridou, McKeon!!
  • Adeshm

I don’t have much time to read in residency — this keeps me up to date, and is really practical. Love also being able to teach the attendings on occasion based on what I learned ;)

    Quality, Practical, Unbiased
Factual, not pharmaceutical industry bankrolled, Direct benefit to patients!
  • ronnie3339
    Opinion
For the primary cns vasculitis you never talked about people without symptoms who show inflammation in MRI. Like if we don’t have thunderclap headache or anything, yet we slow inflammation in vessel wall MRI and we know it’s not the immune system what is causing the inflammation? Also you shouldn’t glorify THC use especially on a neuro podcast. There’s literally no benefit other than pain management for anything related to the brain.
  • Jywsj
    Great!
I’m going to school for neurodiagnostic technology soon and this is a great podcast to listen to before school starts. It’s much easier for me to listen rather than read.

    Excellent podcast, but cannot download!
Best review of current research and of central topics in neurology. Interviews with researchers and leading experts in various areas of neurology. "Pearls" of the week, presented by neurology fellows, are a great way to brush up on differential dx and special topics. Keep up the great work! Update (01Nov 11): Downgraded by one star --- Unable to download last two episodes, as not in format for iPhone. Please fix!! Another update (21 Nov 11): STILL have not corrected the download problem! Does no one on the production staff read reviews?? What a SHAME b/c the content was excellent prior to this issue. Downgrading to one star d/t the sloppy technical mgt of the podcast. PLEASE FIX!!

    Good for the commute
I'm a med student who doesn't have much time to keep up with journal articles; this is a great way to get some key points.
