I listen to various segments on a regular basis and I’ve never heard one “woke” comment. Some folks just like to show their ignorance in these comments.

Soren is the best sports talk show host in KC. His show is the best, great guests and I love how the give each other grief. It’s great.

Love Soren, but saying Chris Jones will not stay for 2-3 years is not accurate m. I truly believe he wants to stay and wi ok take a 3 yr 82.5 mil 60 mil guaranteed next year. Mark it. The same 55 mil with 5 mil guaranteed in the 3rd year (good for both sides). Thank you!

Soren is arrogant, lame and has a populous opinion. He has safe opinions and won’t go against the grain on anything.

Great show but it is never uploaded in a timely basis. 810’s competition always do an infinitely better job uploading in a more timely fashion and The Program is the least timely of the 3 shows. Very disappointing for listeners who can’t listen live but still want it closer to air time.

No doubt Soren is the most knowledgeable sports talking head in KC and I love some of the guest segments but as he has gotten older he seems to have gotten to be more and more crotchety / arrogant / whiney which can make it hard to listen to. He sometimes comes across as belittling to his guests and of often shoehorns his political views into the show which can be an annoyance. Still the local show that I listen to the most but I just pick certain segments now bc I can’t take listening to him for too long any more.

Soren is the best in KC and has been for a very long time. Incredibly smart, rationale and has great angles. Like any talk show host, he will have opinions that some disagree with at times. But only the lizard brains get too worked up about ‘woke’. Intelligent discourse is what you’ll get. If that’s more than you can handle, I’m sure you can fire up your old Rush Limbaugh MP3’s

Soren can’t help himself with his woke liberal politics. He tries to keep it in check but when a political issue comes up in sports, he’ll use his bully pulpit to lecture mankind.

This guy is too woke for me. Sounds like an ESPN clone. It’s unfortunate that this is billed as premier sports talk in KC.

Soren is a well thought radio host who knows how to have fun and balance out fandom with critics analysis. Well connected to those behind the scenes in front offices and locker rooms. You won’t find better coverage of KC pro teams, metro, SEC/Big 12 and national sports.

Just what we need. More divisive politics in what should t be a political arena.

Soren Petro is the most knowledgeable sports radio personality in Kansas City, and his co-analysts are really good as well. If you want the best analysis & some entertainment, this is where it’s at! If you want a station where you’ll be entertained mostly, and don’t mind if you get posers, find a different station!

The Program has some good guests and Petro is pretty good but man, the amount of time he spends pimping products is unbearable.

Informed sports talk. Soren and crew care about producing a quality program and it shows.

If you like listening to woke sports & guys who can’t pronounce names, this is the show for you. Awful

Soren, Kurtis and Jed to a great job of keeping me entertained and informed almost every show. They share the pulse of the KC sports fan, and I feel like I still understand that mood even though I’m living a state away now. Plus, a unique and varied slate of guests who mix knowledge and rapport. One of the best listens in sports talk!

I’ve listened to local sports talk around the country and think they Soren, Kurtis, and Jed team up for the most enjoyable and informative sports coverage around. Their shows have great guests, provide interesting insights, and support not only the Kansas City area but regional sports as well. I hope they keep it going!

His show title should change to Grumpy old man becomes woke. If you don’t agree with him he looses his temper.

Soren and Kurtis work well together. The show excels in local coverage.

Soren comes prepared. He does his homework. Great guests. You will learn more about sports after listening to his show. Funny but not forced. It’s a must for any KC sports fan.

I have been a long time listener to Sorens show. I found it the most honest and balanced of the sports talk shows. This is not a personal attack by any means. I think Soren is a good dude. But in the last year or so, the tone of the show has become quite arrogant. There is this attitude that if any callers have a dissenting opinion, Soren quickly shouts them down and lectures them on why they are wrong. Sadly I think all of the personalities on 810, with the exception of Leabo, have become quite arrogant. And it lines up with the Chiefs ascent to the top of the NFL. I used to listen to all 3 shows. Now I maybe listen to Soren about half the time and don’t listen to any of the others. Hopefully when sports returns things will improve, but I’m not holding my breath.

Love the introduction of politics into the sports programming. My two favorite things, other than sex.

Senior thesis level sport talk. If you want shock jocks or hot takes, look elsewhere. If you want to know the ins and outs of sports, you’ve found your home.

This used to be the best show in KC. In 2015, after the fake Mizzou protest, the show started going left. Now, it’s full blown left wing show that doesn’t tolerate any dissenting views. Bring back KK. 810 will find out the hard way that when you get woke, you go broke.

The mob has taken over the Program

Soren is one of the best radio hosts in the business, even beyond sports. He is witty, sharp and fearless. Challenges simple, reactive thinking. He rates better than many national sports radio hosts and would be a great addition to Pardon the Interruption. He’s that good. Smooth delivery. Mature and tasteful. Fun. I wouldn’t miss Stump the Chumps if it disappeared, however. Thanks, Soren. Keep it up!

Love Petro and Seaboldt. These guys balance humor and content, get great guests and I love Soren’s interview style. Tactful yet not afraid to share his opinion in the slightest. They’ve been rocking it during the pandemic, really the only sports show I’m listening to during it to be honest.

Good show. I do miss Kevin. Any idea why the podcasts don’t all download ? This only happens when I pLace the show In my library. When I search for it , the entire day’s shows are there. Thanks

Love the Program but there are a ton of dead time where I fear that something is wrong with my podcast app. I know that this is not their intention but there needs to be something done to make it easier to listen to. I still have an issue with the max volume that I can listen to any of the WHB podcasts. I have expressed this several times to try to get this changed but for some reason there has been no noticeable change. I appreciate the opportunity to listen to the selected episodes from 810. I work and can’t listen live but I hope that they upgrade their podcast game going forward. - Some guy named Jimmy

Used to listen to Kietzmann, boy was I on the right station, wrong show. Soren and Curtis are entertaining, informative and help me keep in touch with KC sports and events. I even like when Ted Lebeau joins or hosts the show. Makes me feel like I’m back in my hometown!

I don’t even live in KC anymore but I still listen to Petro’s show. His baseball content can’t be beat and his NFL takes are generally good. Kurtis is a KC gem.

Truck driver here, I listen with the volume maxed and still struggle to hear Soren at times especially if he’s on remote. The commercials, bumpers and recorded interviews are super loud, but the actual studio conversations are not as loud. Level out those DB’s Jed!!😉

The audio quality isn't very good. I have the volume turned up, and I can barely hear Soren and Kurtis. Please fix. Love the podcast, though!

It’s amazing that back to back shows on the same station could be so opposite. Keitzman is so awful (in every way)... yet Petro and Kurtis are everything he is not. They’re knowledgeable, balanced, engaging, consistent, respectful of their guests, and thought provoking. It amazes me that they’re willing to work for the 2-6 clown show that follows them.

Soren, Kurtis, and Jed are all great. They are the best team in KC sports radio by far.

Had to stop listening when he said it was racist that four of the seven coaches in the had been fired this year because they are black. While I agreed that Denver should keep their coach because he always found a way to loose to the Chiefs. But seriously they were all terrible head coaches. Soran even said in the interview with the guy that they all sucked. His great solution is there should be more black collage coaches so that they could then become NFL coaches...He also brilliantly points out that 70% of the players in the NFL are black so if logically follows that 70% of the coaches should be black? That is really stupid. Just because you are a great player does not mean you can coach a pro football team! He is so busy telling the NFL what color of coach they should hire but everyone on his broadcasting team is white. Black people don’t need your liberal handout. If you ask them all they want is a chance. The fired coaches had an opportunity and appeared to fail. Part of that failure in Denver and Arizona is due to the front office but other coaches get fired for the same reason. In closing Soran surround himself with white guys and tells everyone “It is terrible the NFL doesn’t hire more black coaches”.

Great show, national radio quality. If only the show that follows this time slot (2-6pm show) was held to as high of a standard.

Great show did listen to on810. Very insightful conversations and looks into kc teams. Glad to be able to listen to Soren and the guys via Podcast. Only thing missing is Doug! RCJH Chiefs Royals Mules Football

The app has stopped updating in my subscribed podcasts. Highly annoying.

Native KC guy. I live in Omaha and stay connected with all local stories and updates

Same problem as described by others. Hasn't been showing up since iOS 10 update.

if you love KC sports with humor this is your show--also he's not afraid to ask tough questions to the guys who make decisions in KC sports.

This podcast has stopped appearing in iPhone and iPad subscriptions since the iOS 10 update. I loved it before this tech issue.

Great guests and Soren's daily monologue is a must.
