The Rancho KidThe Podcast for Bird LoversThis is an absolute gem of a podcast for bird lovers. History, biology, etymology, music, poetry - all of it is here. I only wish each episode were longer. Fantastic and worth a listen everyday.
-
TunadoctorExcellent Information - Short but sweetA pleasant informative short story, all non-fiction. Verbal imagery is only surpassed by the sounds of the subject species. I wish I could use this as my morning alarm. Awaken indoors with the sounds of birds and a brief, but substantially informative few minutes. Please continue.

CrosticsloverInteresting but unevenThe sound modulation is very uneven. One session is low, the next is louder and ad very loud. Makes for tough listening. Also would love to hear more birdsong.

CR24tunacanWish it was longer!Live this podcast for a quick bird fix… but I wish it were a few minutes longer and as a bird song or call at the end that e would have to guess for the next podcast. :) Thank you for this - love it!

donovehDelightful! This show is a perfect escape. The descriptions are beautiful and detailed enough that you can easily visualize the birds being discussed. I always learn something new and end the show feeling as if I just went on a short birding walk 😊

meatpaws6Bird sounds too loudThe bird sounds are way too loud compared to the speaking voice. Other than that it’s great.

SilverMoonBeamsFanPart of my Sunday morningBird Notes has become part of my Sunday morning, relaxing with a good cup of coffee. It is interesting and well presented. The presentations are timely for the season and the birds that we have in the lower Chesapeake Bay area, be they migrating through, an occasional visitor or spending the season. It is always a delight to hear about a bird that I am not familiar with, or to get new insight on one that I know fairly well. A good reason to have the clock radio set to come on so I don't miss the 8:30 am broadcast on Sunday morning.
