I have checked out every cooking podcast I can find and this is by far the best one, thank you Jamie! I don't understand why Food Network and Bon Appetit are lagging on this Podcasts are not "new technology" or a "fad" they both really need to get some good cooking podcasts up. I love the kitchen the food and the man!!!

I love the fact that Jamie is willing to produce a free podcast. I hope that Itunes will be able to get his series from the Food Network: Jamie at home. That show is brilliant along with the food he prepares....

Following Jamie is a pleasure. Great recipes, fun. Excellent. I tried a couple. Brilliant.

He shows you how to cook well with 'regular' but fresh ingredients and not a lot of special equipment. He makes the kind of food that people will eat at home and doesn't use all the so called convenience foods yet still makes meals relatively quickly.

This is absolutely the most entertaining and informative cooking podcast on iTunes. First off it's a joy to watch someone love to cook and do it extremely well. But unlike some of his and other famous chef's cookbooks the recipes are simple, quick and delicious. They look great too! I hope to see many more of these come out. Flawless podcast!

great production quality, love the recipes because they are not too difficult but are still detailed and Jamies personality makes the podcast worth downloading alone. I only wish new recipes would be posted up ASAP. . . .

No doubt those of you who watched Jamie Oliver's, "The Naked Chef", fell in love with his incredibly flavorful, easy, unfussy cooking style. Well he's back and its even tastier and easier than ever. The podcast is a joy to watch, and definitely leaves you with a sense of, "Oh yeah, I can totally do that." Keep em coming!

I've liked to look through Jamie's cookbooks becuase they have excellent pictures and I enjoyed his writing, but I very rareley made anything from them becuase it had a few too many expensive ingredients or it was just a little out of my comfort zone. However, these podcasts are fantastic, simple and straightforward food, ingredients, and instructions, There are old favorites and new dishes to try but anywone can do them.

Jamie Oliver's Food Network shows and his lovely cookbooks are what initially inspired me to learn how to cook fresh, simple meals with ingredients I may not have tried otherwise. This podcast is perfectly Jamie - it's short, easy to follow, and a pleasure to watch. The production value is high and Jamie is as charming as ever. This is the best cooking podcast available, and if you are a novice in the kitchen, it will show you how easy and creative good cooking can be. If you are not a novice, it will encourage you to simplify and not take food too seriously. Cheers, Jamie - and make more please!
