They’re good at walking through the recap of the episodes. However, I don’t know why they even waste their time, they seem to absolutely hate the entire show, the writing, the actors, the creators - everything. They are very negative about the entire series.

The whole episode is how stupid this show is and how much they hate it.

“The Talking Dead” is my recommendation over this show ⬆️. The guys on there are funny, they have great commentary, plus-they have calls and e-mails come in from actual fans who add to their debates and comments. I really love that show. You can start way back with season 1 or you can listen to recaps and feedback episodes on The Ones Who Live and other current TWD series. They are my favorite Walking Dead podcast and the only one I listen to! Why would you want to waste your time (especially if you love the show!) listening to people who sound like they hate TWD ⬆️? Save your time, and listen to “The Talking Dead” instead!

I binged listened when I wanted to rewatch the TWD as it’s one of my favorite shows. Their critiques are a bit absurd. They obsessed about inconsequential things and missed a lot of key character moments and important stories. They would constantly put Breaking Bad in high regard. I watched 2 seasons of that show and quit because all the characters were vile and it was boring me to tears. I was disappointed with the podcast when I realized they had quit it for a time . But I kept listening because again I’m listening way after they picked the show back up. Being as this show I binged for the first time when it was in season 10. I just thought this was representative of what fans felt.. it’s not. Still thought they were funny so I enjoyed listening even if they didn’t lend as much as I would’ve like. I’ve since found a perfect podcast to rewatch the show with!

I am a big fan of some of the other bald moves podcast. They do a great recap of every epdisde and point out little details you missed while watching I look forward to the pod as much as I do the show. They have limited ads. Their audio quality is top notch it’s crystal clear. It seems they invested in good podcasting equipment. They podcast drop the mon after the show airs on Sunday

Every episode I have listened is about how dumb the show is and how stupid the writers are. If you like the show it’s not worth a listen I gave it till season 6 nothing changed

I loved the Walking Dead and even decided to rewatch it again just to listen to your podcast. What a mistake! I don’t understand why you even bothered to do it since it sounds like you hated the show. I will continue to watch the show again but will skip the podcast!

It appears all these two do is complain about everything. Gave up after 17 minutes.

…but BIG fan of these guys (A. Ron & JJ) from some other shows (Game of Thrones, Dragon prequel, etc) - happy to have stumbled upon this show while probing a good companion piece to help make it through season 11! About 20 more to go!

I started listening to you guys just recently as I began a rewatch of one of my favorite shows. Listening from your older episodes and will continue to plow through them. You guys are awesome! Sad I missed this show over the years but will get my fix in now Update : listened to all the episodes. Enjoy the humor, I don’t always agree with some criticism but it’s still refreshing to hear all points. I rally hope you do some shows about the spin-offs. I’ve been enjoying Dead City over the last 2 episodes, and maybe I need you guys to give me a reality check? Wishful thinking , but I know the audience is there!

I started watching The Walking Dead recently after the whole series just ended. Now, I am on season eight and I was really interested in finding a podcast that provided great insight and helpful information that would make me enjoy the show more than I already do. I just happened to click the first one that showed up after I searched. This was a MASSIVE MISTAKE. In the beginning, when they were constantly negative and critical, I thought that maybe it would get better. That maybe they were just really critical of season one and two and would enjoy it more when they went to the prison, or when Negan shows up. But no. I soon became aware that they are constantly constantly pessimistic. I don’t wanna watch a Walking Dead podcast as a Walking Dead fan, and listen to them just gripe and complain, and completely disrespect all of my favorite characters. I was looking for some insightful commentary. A podcast that would increase my liking for the show and this podcast did the exact opposite. And the worst part is for me is that they just sound so very stupid. Their points aren’t even backed up and critically supported. They aren’t smart enough to talk about anything insightful, like theme or character development. Ugh. Really disappointed. Feel like I completely wasted my time with this.

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed rewatching the show while listening to this podcast. I giggle at the predictions made back in the day knowing what actually happens in the show. My only issue is the fact that A.Ron has trouble pronouncing so many names, to the point where I yell out loud. 😂 It gets to be hilarious as the show goes on. “Martin-ez” “Saysha” 😂😂😂

If you hate watch this show, this is the podcast for you.

This is a pretty entertaining look at the walking dead tv show. I’ve followed various podcasts by this duo for many years now. The one qualification is that they don’t really have a good sense of what makes an excellent walking dead episode. I think they used to have better instincts a few years ago but now they’ve sort of lost the thread. The “Here’s Negan” episode along with Acheron parts 1 & 2 were among the best episodes the walking dead has produced in a number of years. However Aaron and Jim didn’t seem to have any real understanding or notion of that. The walking dead usually has come to produce very mediocre episodes but when they actually do give you a string of very good episodes, you would want your podcast hosts to pick up on it… these guys just do not have a sense of good episodes from bad anymore. Still fun to listen to with that qualification.

I stopped listening to this show about 4 years ago when the Walking dead started going downhill, I loved it prior. I knew it was going in the wrong direction but I didn’t need to hear about it after watching. I thought these past 2 episodes were good, so I decided to give this show a shot again. I don’t make it 5 minutes before they just trash talked it and said they didn’t understand why it was written the way it was. Analytics isn’t an exact science (pay more attention to the show so you can understand why things are written the way they are) and everyone is entitled to their own opinions, so this is recommended for people who aren’t fans of the walking dead and just want to listen to them bash it for over an hour. I wouldn’t listen to their other shows because of this.

The amount of stuff they miss is crazy. The hate on the cast is unreal. The fact they believe the new season are better then the old season is crazy. I have listened to about 20 of there episodes and have come to conclusion that this podcast is just a money grab for them. There not fans of the show. They just got on the hype train of the show to make a few bucks off of it.

Someone needs to post a super cut of this man’s use of “ like”. He sounds like he’s imitating the movie Clueless.

I honestly don't know why these guys are even reviewing this show if they hate it so much. If you are going to spend your time discussing a show you should probably like it a little bit...

I listened to season one and two. I’m am so exhausted of these two hosts extensive negativity reviews! A.Ron pisses me off a great deal! This show turns me off!! I wish they would say something more positive.

These guys are so enthralling, & I just get so engrossed in listening to their thoughts that I find myself listening to old episodes I don’t care about anymore just to continue hearing them talk. 5 stars, I’d listen to any podcast they put out!

These guys are amazing. Through the highs, lows and back to the highs of the series, these guys call it out for how it is. They tell you if the show is lacking, they tell you of the it’s succeeding. Very enjoyable and much more comedic than any other Walking Dead podcast out there!

I started in October with season 1, episode 1 & kept on going. Just finished your wrap up of season 9. Boy howdy am I glad you came back to finish! You helped get me through the COVID-stressed Autumn with your sense of humour & great insights. I can’t wait to come back to you guys for your take on season 10. Now on to your podcasts about The Mandalorian! Thanks for everything. Happy holidays.

To my shame I sadly just gradually stopped listening to bald move after Game of Thrones ended. I just found out today they’re back for this show which was one of my favorite podcasts they ever covered. And I’m SO glad they’re back and can’t wait to hear what they say about this show. For the most part I have agreed with their assessment of the show over the years. But it was nice to go on the journey good or bad, with them. I’m all caught up on season 10. So I’m very curious if they will feel that the show has been become good, not great, again.

I love the guys making a special section for spoilers... I stop listening and know they work hard to save my virgin ears! Update: sad to see them walking away from the walking dead. Loved this podcast and was so sad to see them end it in season 8. Yes season 8 sucked but season 9 is awesome and I really want their commentary!

While I understand the decision to no longer review the disaster that is the Walking Dead every week. I wish theyt would keep doing it.

These guys are funny and insightful- they gave up after season 8, but it’s a great podcast for those first 8 seasons. In hindsight, it’s kind of fun to watch their hope that this would flower into a Game of Thrones level genre drama struggle and die.

They are the best love this show!!

First podcast I saw from you guys and have been addicted for years glad you still got all your other shows and can’t wait to watch the expanse

So i stopped watching the walking dead in season 5 because of course the show turned into a pile of dog sh#t. But the silver lining is these guys the bald move team, i still listen to the podcast even though i no longer watch the show because they make it intersection i could hear these guys talk for days at a time. Thank you guys for making good podcasts out of horrible shows.

Just two dudes nit picking and complaining about everything. It’s really annoying and don’t feel like there’s any thoughtful commentary.

The only reason I watch the show anymore is so I can listen to this podcast. PLEASE, regardless how terrible the TV show is (and it is HORRENDOUS lol), don’t stop the podcast!!! It’s one of my favorite guilty pleasures. Keep it up guys! Love the show!
