Tom Jordan21Love the PodcastAlex and his guest always deliver, always a great listen

Cillian OPodcast on the BrinkPodcast on the brink is one of the most information podcast I listen to. It always offers fair analysis on many aspects of Indiana University basketball, as well as insightful information on the landscape of college basketball. A great listen for anyone who is a fan of IU, the Big Ten, or college basketball in general.
-
starfishcommandInformativeLove the variety of guests. Always a straight take. As a fellow Podcaster (Iconic Seasons) and IU fan I love the passion for IU Hoops.
-
MidWestnerGreat podI look forward to listening when I see a new podcast has been posted ! Keep up the great work

Perry CaramelloAlex rules. He is the kingI’d listen to him talk about cricket. The man is measured, passionate, and interested— but most of all knowledgable. I feel lucky this show and his site exist. Not every fanbase has this.

GgrigsGreat podcast for the novice Hoosier fanThis podcast has a lot of different guests from the student media department at IU. A lot of the interviews are from people who are finding their voice and trying to get on-air experience. They also tend to be journalists who are still learning a lot of the nuance of the sport. So, with that being said, this podcast is great for younger fans, or maybe IU students who want to learn about the team but aren’t Basketballheads, or maybe alumni who just want to casually keep their finger on the pulse of the program. There is a lot of wholesomeness and heart in this podcast. If you’re looking for wonky or hard-hitting Basketball analysis then there are probably a couple other IU basketball podcasts that would be up your alley.

buddy the elf 123BoringLacks excitement or enthusiasm for a fan base that craves it. Extremely conservative questions and answers that rarely push the guests or host to give real insight or opinion. For a team that some say has the most passionate fans, the host seems content to be safely in their comfort zone. Audio issues with voice echo. 3 ads per 30 minutes If you are looking for a IU basketball podcast that simple regurgitates information from Ken Pom and Torvik this is for you. You do not have to worry about any “Hot Takes” because they rarely give any takes other than basic roster updates and the occasional “it’s possible they win or lose” Gives off the vibe of simply providing an additional source of revenue for the website as opposed to a fun informative conversation about Indiana basketball. Recommendations 1. Be less monotone 2. Ask one question at a time so the guest and listener can follow slinger better. 3. Get outside comfort zone, Give real thoughts on lineup changes, recruits you want over others, teams that are 4. Actually fun Segments, like “insider news of the week, comparing players in different generation, best place to watch a game” Hosts seem content with taking advantage of hungry fan base by doing bare minimum. Other options to recommend would be 247 or assembly call or even Hoosier hysterics. Best of luck

-
Ace77717Great Hoosier Basketball ListenPodcast on the brink is a great way to listen to guests and hosts talk about all things IU basketball. There’s an occasional “insider” nugget of information but mostly just passionate talk about a program desperately trying to regain the glory it achieved for decades.
-
JDubs2109Question-answer-question hurts my earsI’ll come back if ask open-ended questions without injecting your answer/opinion. We know what you think from the blog. I value your writing and opinion. But I don’t know what your guests think. Respectfully, A fellow Hoosier
-
Doc weifThanks for the great content.!I love all your great research and hard work on IU basketball. Although, when you interview your guests I feel like you need to just ask the question and let your guest answer. You seem to ramble and answer the question for them before they get a chance to give you their reply. The Brian Evans interview is a good example.Just food for thought and keep up the great work

WAFY82Best IU podcastGreat guests and the latest info

Hoosier Missionary to MichiganLife-long Hoosier fanI love the show each week. I listen with my 10 year-old son. I really tired of Jeff Goodman’s casual swearing on his episode. Not necessary. Have a little respect. I know he’s not always on and have no complaints other than that.
-
labeck81Good showMore recruiting episodes would be encouraged

Bailey1011Great Podcast for Hoosier NationJerod Morris does a great job of giving fun insight and keeping me informed even from the sunny beaches of Florida. When it comes to keeping up with what's going on with the program, this 1 of 2 podcasts I turn to. Would definitely recommend.
-
snzarateGreat weekly IUBB podcastGreat casual listening for IU basketball fans looking for news and discussion. Good hosts, and good guests, but not a lot of insider information a hardcore fan couldn't find elsewhere.
-
Starheads13Best podcast for IU fansThis is my favorite podcast.....followed closely by The Assembly Call. Alex and Jerod provide great insight and perspective regarding IU basketball. I enjoy the variety of guests they interview. Easily my first pick of all podcasts whenever an episode drops. Go Hoosiers!!

RSschuIU Hoosiers HoopsIf you’re in Indiana basketball junkie this is a great source of news and opinions. Alex and Jerod are passionate, enthusiastic, bring in good guests to share their views and balanced in the reporting.
-
StormBeforeTheCalmA Must for Hoosier Basketball FansThis podcast is a must for Indiana Hoosier basketball fans who are looking for intelligent and timely discussions about their favorite team. Through the years, Jerod and Alex have booked an impressive list of in-the-know guests who share insights into the program, the team and the game of basketball. Jerod is an excellent interviewer and it seems at least once every episode the interviewee pauses on at least one of Jerod's questions to say "That is a really great question." Alex and Jerod have clearly done their homework in deciding which guests Hoosier Nation would like to hear from and in preparing which questions to ask and how to draw out the most meaningful information for their listeners.
-
Kapplegate44Really excellent podcast! This has become one of my favorite podcasts. Good information and also very entertaining. I never miss an episode.

HoosierAbroadBest source for IU discussionJerod is a fantastic host. Alex, while not the most polished speaker, is quite informative about IU and the rest of the B1G. At roughly 30 minutes/week, it's a must-listen each week. Keep up the great work, gents!
-
Jeremy in DCAsk the Q and get out of the wayIt's hard to stomach all the question-answer-question format with your guests. You have guests on for their opinion. You could be extracting more insights and covering more ground if you don't insert anecdotes and stories and your own opinions right after asking your guests a question. As Dan Patrick says of a good interviewer, ask the question and get out of the way. Easier said than done but the good ones can do it. Until then, 3 stars at best.

-
PonbbbbbbhjjklI listen every to every single episodeGreat stuff. I'm addicted. I especially like when the podcast features guests (although it's often nice to listen to Bozich and Morris just talk to each other for awhile) and when the hosts goof around or let themselves veer off topic occasionally.
-
Robb_CookGreat PodcastAlways a pleasure to listen to.

Las Vegas 1234Very Helpful During These Dark DaysWithout excellent podcasts, such as this one , I doubt I would still be paying any attention to I.U. basketball this season. They manage to keep me engaged without the snobish sarcasm of many sports shows. Thank you gentlemen.
-
JRhoosierLove the showCurrent IU student and listen to the show all the time, the guys have a lot of insight and generally an interesting show. Best part is even when the hoosiers are playing horribly you get to hear them vent all of the frustrations you already had.
-
tacroweGreat stuff!I love the analysis on this show! Definitely a must listen for IU fans
-
KmfinopBalancedThe guys do a nice job of not being "homers" despite the potential to create something like that. Regardless of the success (or lack thereof) of the team that keep it insightful and balanced. I look forward to every installment and always learn something noteworthy.
-
Judgment Day EllerInformativeThe show is very informative. As an avid IU basketball fan, I listen to almost every episode and discuss it with my dad. As a former podcast host myself, I feel it could be edited a little better and having a little more fun to lighten the mood might help too. All in all a good listen.
