I had been looking for an aviation show that was both informative and enjoyable. Many have good info, but aren’t engaging at all. Simple Flight Radio is both, and it’s humble every-pilot sensibilities make the hosts endearing. This show helps me be a better pilot by keeping me thinking of new things, showing me perspectives I hadn’t considered, and often reminds me of finer fundamental details that are easy to forget over the years. Your podcast provides insights from real pilots from all aspects of aviation. It’s a refreshing change from all the the “pass your check ride” oriented podcasts and media out there. Keep it up!

Just found this podcast a couple of weeks ago and it is probably my favorite in the aviation genre now. I enjoy some of the instructional podcasts I listen to but what makes this one great is that it is real hangar flying with lots of tips, tricks and real life experiences. Some of the more popular aviation podcasts are far more about what is in the news and talking about the companies making planes and those are great for that purpose, but if you fly or think you would like to, this might be the best podcast out there today for keeping mentally engaged in the skills required to do it safely competently.

Even though I soloed almost 20 years ago and haven’t quite finished up, I enjoy the show for its humor and it’s educational as well.

I listen to an array of podcasts, I enjoy the banter of the hosts and guests amongst all the aviation talk. The show is informative and fun to listen to when I am driving around or when I am at home. The show is relevant and always worth a listen if you are interesting in learning new things about aviation, always pick something up randomly. Thanks!

This is some of the best aviation podcasting around they don't waste your time have great guest and the host blend well together. Keep it up.

I don't miss an episode since I started listening a few months ago. Always something new to learn to became a better pilot. I would recommend this podcast (or the live radio streaming) to any GA pilot. Keep up with the great work Marc and Al!!

Recorded live every Sunday night this podcast is top notch. Pilot and super aviation enthusiast Marc Epner along with CFI and all around good guy Al Waterloo are entertaining and informative. Great interviews and hangar flying. Don’t miss this!

Such Awesome. Such Gnarly! Wow This is a good aviation podcast. Al and Marc get along fairly well together and neither tries to hog attention or correct the other (unlike the most popular aviation podcast). It's easy to listen to in the background. I wish individual podcasts were condensed to eliminate the fat (aimless babbling) and keep the meat (their comments, opinions, thoughts about specific products or topics). Also, their two voices are somewhat different in volume, which is hard to listen to when wearing earbuds.

A great place to find folks in aviation that are thinking outside the box!

This is a show about making aviation better, the topics are fun and off the wall. It's not a show on how to make a good landing or fly an airplane, but how to have fun in aviation.
