    Great show
Please tell Emma to stop talking with food in her mouth. It’s nasty and rude.

Always look forward to each episode!

Was great, turning into an infomercial
I dont mean to be critical but this podcast used to be great. Unfortunatly in the past year or two some changes have been made to the podcast that I find unsettling. While I like that the people are growing I do not like what the podcast is turning into. I listen for tech tips, history lessons, scooters Liza, Emma and the rest of the crew but I feel like its turning into an infomerical for a certain idividual's motorcycling travel agency. If there was a spotlight on them once every 2-3 months Id be okay with it. Unfortunatly it seems to be an almost weekly thing. I feel like his buisness is getting shoved down my throat. I dont like that. I have unsubscribed from youtubers who do that and I dont want to do that with this podcast. I just wanted to give my opinon on how I feel and say hey im not okay with this. I hope to revise my rating in the future if the travel agency is on a lot less.

    We’re all different.
I go back and forth on liking some bits and people of this podcast and not liking some bits and people of this podcast, but the variety of personalities and topics is what makes for a great Misfits podcast. Some I can relate to, and some I can’t, but overall, that’s what makes this a great podcast for me. I feel welcome and appreciated, and, after all, isn’t that what we all want anyway?!?!

After addressing the grievances i had before I think we can all understand that we all cope differently and I feel a lot better after Liza acknowledged her tone was a little strange for a death episode. Much love to everyone and Im still glad to be part of the group. Hope changing the review prevents any negative impact on the algorithm. Thanks for the feedback. love you guys!

Most Heinkely the best Motorcycle podcast of all time. Fact.
Where else can you listen to wonderful people sharing wonderful stories about motorcycles? Well, maybe there are some ‘other’ opportunities. But, there’s no other one that can match up with the Misfits. They are us, and the bikes and life we love, sharing in every delightful way. You can learn something every week, about your bike, a bike, yourself, and just being a being. I don’t think I could have navigated the past 3+ years if I hadn’t had the beautiful Misfortune of finding these fine people and tuning in every week. Thank you Misfits for doing what you do and sharing it all!!

    Community builders
It is easy to be a loner as a motorcyclist. After all, the majority of time motorcycling is one person, one bike. But the misfits inspire us to use motorcycling to build community. To forge bonds with anyone who has a passing interest in two wheels, and bring those who don’t into the fold. Three years of being a weekly listener has made me a better motorcyclist in more ways than I ever thought - and more engaged in my local community, and that of the misfits. Whether you want to become a better wrencher, rider, planner, or want that inspiration to buy that next bike (d-1, n+1, baby!!), the misfits have consistently done all that and more. If you listen to one motorcycle podcast, this should be it.

One of the best moto podcasts
Been listening for years, these folks know what they’re talking about, they’re funny and clockwork consistent in releasing new episodes. *cough, unlike some out in Cleveland, cough*. Everyone brings a unique perspective to the hobby and Miss Emma is a moto mechanic god. If you ride, or even if you don’t and are moto-curious, do yourself a favor and listen. You’ll get hooked or your money back. -DS in PDX

    My favorite podcast!
This podcast has become part of my routine, a new show every week talking about all things related to motorcycles. With Liza Miller at the helm the shows are informative and the conversations between the Misfits cover just about every aspects I would want to hear about motorcycles…oh and wait till you get to know Miss Emma!! Really, give the Misfits a listen for a few weeks and I’m confident you’ll agree with me. Peace ✌️ MikeD SoCal

Motorcycles and Misfits is the most entertaining, informative, down to earth podcast about motorcycles. It is funny and informative.

    Informative and entertaining
This is such an amazing podcast! So many knowledgeable, charismatic people. Love the interactive games that are created. Emma’s motorcycle knowledge is nothing short of amazing! I hope to make it out there someday to visit. Freaking love you guys!
  • Burdo1970
Best motorcycle podcast for regular folks
The crew is weird and passionate about motorcycling and they are also very knowledgeable. I look forward to listening every Monday morning on my commute and relish the two hour podcast over the next few days as a ritual. I’m so grateful for all the knowledge that Miss Emma shares and am so entertained by Liza’s games and interviews. The crew is inclusive of all types of bikes and riders. The show is an relatively unedited stream of consciousness style recording of a group conversation. But that works as it feels like you’re setting down with a bunch of friends. Keep up the great work Misfits. Don’t let the haters get you down. -Todd

    Not Horrible
These are good people. I would ride with them if they were the last people on earth. They are good people. Don’t stay away.

    This show is the greatest!
Informative, hilarious, an eclectic bunch of weirdos. My kind of people, talking about real biker stuff.

    Good stuff!
The misfits are highly entertaining, extremely knowledgeable, very gracious, and they are a pleasure to listen to. I’ve wrenched at the Recycle garage in Santa Cruz, and it’s a super cool, non judgmental space. Tune in or drop by the garage on Sundays.

    My Type of Peeps!
I look forward to every Sunday evening as I know the Misfits will have a new podcast dropped. This crew is both hilarious and very knowledgeable. I’m mostly into adventure riding but I love learning about all the other aspects of motorcycles they bring to the table. I even think scooters are cool now! If you’re ever in the Santa Cruz area on a Sunday, you have to drop by the shop and say hello!

Loved the special. I was (sort of) that person. Out of the military in 1970, had rented bikes in SoCal, so 1st thing I did was buy a used '67 650 BSA. I stayed with that style since. (exception: '88 K75 BMW) Anne Koskinen. 2007 Triumph Speed3 (& 2012 Street3) Glendale CA

A little bit crazy but ton’s of information
This is one of the most eclectic band of motorcycle junkies I have ever come across. There is a wealth of experience, knowledge, zaniness, and acceptance. Built with the mission of resurrecting old motorcycles and helping make riding accessible to newcomers they have created a village of amazing people. If you like one type of motorcycle, news, riding, or person, this may not be for you. If you like learning about unique motorcycles, historic events and people, tools, diagnosing and fixing issues and you are open to all personalities, you are probably a misfit already. Liza has done an amazing job of translating her vision into an amazing community and while all of them seem to have a vast array of motorcycle knowledge and experience, Ms. Emma may be the single greatest motorcycle mechanic and aficionado I have ever come across!! Surforski 2 time visitor to the garage, loyal listener of the podcast, and self proclaimed Misfit!!

    Audio quality
Gentlemen, if I were not enjoying the content the audio quality would not matter. I am enjoying the content. Therefore please take measures to improve the delivery!! I’ve just discovered your podcast and two episodes in, I feel I’m missing a lot. It’s obvious the participants often cannot communicate with each other.

    Awesome group!!
Listening for a while. Came across it when I had to travel across Texas to New Mexico weekly for work. Informative on multiple categories of motorcycles, including the occasional scooter. I’m a Harley guy but I love to learn about others. Keep it up you guys and gals!!

    Almost 5...
Using Ep 414 as an example, I so wanted to give this cast 5 Stars. Emma’s knowledge is gobsmacking, I like learning stuff, and the turbo talk was an education. I’m a huge fan, and friend of guest Gabe Ets-Hoken, the banter he brings is always much anticipated. My attention began to stray during the exchanges that required the hosts to find custom bikes online. The discussions about these items left me by the wayside. I might suggest a solution that other casters use in these cases, to have a Facebook page announcing the episode with links/pictures of items that will be discussed. Imdid search FB but did not find a page for the podcast. Additionally, I really wanted to see a picture of the Pink Goldwing! Finally, the Zoom audio kept getting garbled at times. This is a streaming performance issue.

    Best motorcycle podcast ever!
This is the only motorcycle (well, any, really, with very few exceptions) podcast that I have been listening for years and still enjoy. I think it is no small feat to stay interesting for years while still being true to yourself. I don’t see how anyone who likes motorcycles won’t enjoy this one.
  • glzphoto
Love this show and this crew!
Whenever I want to be entertained and listen to Moto talk I tune in my favorite crew, the misfits!

    My Fav Podcast
I’ve been listening to this for about a year. If you like motorcycles, you’ll love these guys. They are passionate about bikes and are very rider-friendly. They’ll also read and answer listener emails on the podcast. Love them! Jim Folker Iowa

An audio thrift store for motorcycle geeks.
Quirky cast of big -hearted eccentrics who cover a lot of varied two wheeled territory. Liza is a great host with a kind voice and Miss Emma’s depth of bike/bike history knowledge is truly impressive. Both also have highly contagious belly laughs. If you’re looking for a podcast that focuses on a specific discipline of motorcycle riding this isn’t it, but it’s a great hodge-podge show and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
  • Dtoast1
Really enjoy this rag tag group
I listen every week. Always a laugh and some education. Even if I don’t learn something new, its a fun show. Duck Nak. Haha
  • Wetfeet48
    Extremely high entertainment value
I started listening to these guys about a year ago and instantly enjoyed discovering each of their personalities, and there’s a good variety there, they all kind of complement and balance each other. There is a huge entertainment factor listening to this podcast, I mean I am genuinely excited when I see a new episode pop up. Emma‘s amount of knowledge it’s just dumbfounding, and I just really enjoy hearing from each person in the cast. I actually kind of miss it when one is absent! I’m not sure what kind of moron would give the show a bad review, you would have to be an anal retentive, socially reclusive idiot to not understand the humor and jokes made. I listen through head phones at work (boat detailer in Costa Rica) and frequently catch myself grinning and imagine people probably wonder what the heck I am doing. If you like to hear people chat about interesting motorcycle topics, occasionally interview extremely interesting people, and even learn, I highly recommend this podcast.

    Best Motorcycle Podcast
I’m not sure how this became my favorite motorcycle podcast but it is. Whether Liza’s “games”, Emma’s accent, humor and encyclopedic commentary, or the amazing guests these make my commute in the dead of winter bearable as I wait for sunny sky’s. I could go on about the chemistry this group has or the off color brand of humor (which I appreciate). But this podcast is better experienced for yourself. If you question it at first like I did, give them a chance and you’ll likely find it worth your time.

    The best
This show has become one of my favorite podcasts the people on it are always so genuine they’ll make you laugh they’ll make you cry. They’ll make you want to turn it off when your mom is listening to the podcast. But seriously every one of the hosts I feel like is one of my friends. Plus I can say I got turned onto the TV show the ride from hearing it on the podcast. Thank you.

    Listen every week
I listen to the Misfits podcast every week. Love many of the guests they interview. Good banding between the regulars. Keep up the great work at the recycle garage.

One of the best podcast period
The host Liza has put together one of the best podcasts available. The sound levels are always on point. Miss Emma is one of the most motorcycle knowledgeable people in the world, just the information that she contributes makes the podcast worth listening to. They also have Bagel the resident scooter and long distance travel expert. The other misfits provide plenty of humor and entertainment. If you ride motorcycles or scooters this podcast is a must have. Thanks Motorcycles and Misfits!

    YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!
I’m 51 years old from Del Rio, TX and just started riding 3 1/2 years ago. I have been consumed by motorcycles, any kind of motorcycles, and have grown such a passion for them. I never grow tired of enjoying them and constantly watch, read, and listen to anything about them. If someone doesn’t like your show then it’s simple, just don’t listen! I’ve learned so much from listening and enjoy the group conversations and especially the guest. You are so very different than the rest of the shows I listen to and that’s definitely a good thing. This show has made it that much easier getting through COVID times, please keep doing what you’re doing and keep cranking out the awesome shows!!!

    My riding buddies
I love this diverse group of Misfits who make me feel welcome and whose mission seems to be to spread the joy of riding and wrenching on bikes. Loads of great technical advice from riding techniques to wrenching. Great camaraderie and so much fun! Definitely my favorite podcast!

    You never know
The reason I love this podcast is the variety of guests and misfit opinions. Every episode is a delight.

    Best Motorcycle Podcast!
This crazy group is irreverent, unconventional yet inclusive and knowledgeable. They represent the best of the next-generation motorcycle community. The whole crew, led by Liza and Miss Emma will make your laugh at times and cringe at times, but the content is fabulous and fun. Watch out, you might learn something. Miss Emma’s “history hole” is not to be missed. She has a big hole filled with history and knowledge from a lifetime in the motorcycle industry. Whether you ride sport bikes, scooters, Harley’s, dirt or vintage - there is something for you. Not to be missed!

    Best Moto Podcast
I’ve been listening to this podcast for three years, and found them when I wanted to start riding. It’s my favorite podcast to listen to every week and they’re there for you every week, recording a new episode of the same great quality. I’ve even gotten to visit their garage and get help from them first hand. This is a great podcast and even better group.

    Hyper charming melange of hosts!
Well put together collection of hosts make this podcast a pleasure to listen to. A fun mix of motorcycle advice and camaraderie make the hours fly by.

    Fun motorcycle podcast
This is a fun group of people that love motorcycles and enjoy talking about all things related. It's a lot like hanging out with a group and listening to the banter and stories. The guest list is also pretty impressive with fun and a bit irreverent interviews. I don't love every episode, but I really enjoy most of them. There is one of the semi-regulars that can't compose a sentence without an f-bomb in it. While I'm not offended it is tiresome and leads me to skip an episode now and then. Otherwise I'd rate this podcast as PG-13 and also a heck of a lot of fun. Thanks for producing it!
  • LBiggs$
    Fun and always learning something!
The mistfits are a fun group. Every episode has really interesting topics and guests. The group has a wealth of motorcycle knowledge. Their sense of adventure is inspiring. The people who live in Santa Cruz are so lucky to have the recycle garage which is dedicated to help people get out and ride and keep riding. But if you don’t live in Santa Cruz there is the podcast!
