Lenny AltaverdePractical and PowerfulThis podcast stands as a beacon of enlightenment amongst so many others that instead focus on regurgitation or sound-bytes. ABC12349777Excellent podcast!!!There is a really great spread of folks that are interviewed for the show- a good balance between strength and conditioning coaches and sport scientists.
-
CoachMcCormickExcellentThis is the first podcast that I found, and if I was forced to listen to only one, it would be this one. Great mix of guests and Rob dies a great job as an interviewer. The sound is great, which is important to me as I listen while driving and can't hear some others. Rob's work as a host and the amazing guests provide plenty if important ideas in each and every episode.
-
Man Gutcome a long wayThe little podcast that could! I have been a loyal listener for a while and I am amazed about how the podcast has grown and the level of guests that Rob continues to attract. His interviewing has improved immensely which allows for great thought provoking conversation rather than a rote q & a. It would be great if the audio quality could improve because it can falter at very inopportune times. Keep up the good work even as the field becomes saturated with guru and opportunists.
-
TrakCoachGreat Guests, Great QuestionsOne of my favorite training podcast not just because Rob gets on very unique and interesting guests, but because he asks them the questions I want to ask them that get into details and skip over all the fluff.
-
