    Practical and Powerful
This podcast stands as a beacon of enlightenment amongst so many others that instead focus on regurgitation or sound-bytes. From the strategic selection of the show's guests to the thoughtfulness of responses, each listen provides a wealth of information for listeners.

    Excellent podcast!!!
There is a really great spread of folks that are interviewed for the show- a good balance between strength and conditioning coaches and sport scientists.

    Excellent
This is the first podcast that I found, and if I was forced to listen to only one, it would be this one. Great mix of guests and Rob dies a great job as an interviewer. The sound is great, which is important to me as I listen while driving and can't hear some others. Rob's work as a host and the amazing guests provide plenty if important ideas in each and every episode.

    come a long way
The little podcast that could! I have been a loyal listener for a while and I am amazed about how the podcast has grown and the level of guests that Rob continues to attract. His interviewing has improved immensely which allows for great thought provoking conversation rather than a rote q & a. It would be great if the audio quality could improve because it can falter at very inopportune times. Keep up the good work even as the field becomes saturated with guru and opportunists.

    Great Guests, Great Questions
One of my favorite training podcast not just because Rob gets on very unique and interesting guests, but because he asks them the questions I want to ask them that get into details and skip over all the fluff.

Excellent podcast by Rob Pacey, who discusses various current topics in the sports performance field with guests from both applied- and research-based backgrounds. Really enjoy the roundtable-style discussions! A great podcast for the sports science practitioner / strength and conditioning coach when you have down time on a plane, train, or automobile!
