    I’ve been listening to this podcast for a little over a year and I love the content. It works wonders and puts me to sleep. But the fact that there is an Ad asking for money on EVERY episode is annoying. Plus some of the best episodes have been taken down...I only realized this after getting a new phone and trying to play episodes saved to my cloud that wouldn’t play. All that to say. I love the podcast but I’m really disappointed in how it’s being handled for the past few months. *** update*** the pleading to join patron is getting worse. To avoid the ads skip the first 2 minutes of EACH podcast as the ads have been added to each episode. ****2020 update**** Very few new posts. More episodes have been deleted since my last update. I barely listen to this podcast to go to sleep anymore. I find it more frustrating then relaxing.

    I think they are really good. They make my so relaxed I find myself asleep before it ends. But it is hard to listen to the same ones over and over again, I wish they came out with more.

    the intro is just an intro to a podcast, and I listen to a lot of podcast like this. I don’t get why people are complaining about little things but it is pretty good because I wake up at 8 am to do my stuff

    I started to listen to see if it would work.. fell asleep with out knowing it and woke up at 6am the next day best sleep only down side is that there isn’t enough.

    Why such bad reviews
    I don’t understand why people would give this one or two stars because of the introduction, I agree that the intro is a bit too long but it still makes me fall asleep quickly and you can always skip the intro so the lowest I would give it is a 3, no lower😤

    Frustrating Intro
    The introduction was far too lengthy and preachy. Searching for relaxation but being dragged into a 3 minute complaint session is not for me.

    I haven't historically had much trouble with sleep, but in the last few years (I'm 38) I've started having trouble sleeping in on weekends to "catch up" with sleep, so I've started working on my sleep hygiene so I'm getting more consistent sleep through the week. Turns out it's not as simple as just "deciding" to go to bed earlier, and these podcasts have been a big help in getting me relaxed and ready to sleep. I don't listen to them in bed (I tried that, but I would often wake up as the episode ended), but rather in the 20-30 minutes before I get in bed, as I'm doing my routine to get ready for bed, and it helps me gradually relax before getting in bed.

    It might be relaxing but I’m already angst up with 5 min of intro and explanations before you actually get to meditate. Just get into it already!

    These are the best guided sleep meditations I’ve tried!! I get really bad anxiety, especially at night. These always help me calm down and fall asleep. I’ve even noticed feeling more well rested in the morning! Please don’t stop making them :)

    i’ve had a lot of trouble sleeping for years, normally pulling all nighters because i couldn’t get my thoughts to stop. But this podcast gave me something to focus on other than my anxiety, and i’m usually asleep within minutes

    The most relaxing voice I have ever heard. I have never been hypnotized before in my life and the first time I listened to this I was out within 15 min. I remember listening to it and then boom I was out. This definitely helps me to relax and fall asleep.

    can’t lie, this podcast hits differentttt like you’re trying to sleep all night? he’s gotchu. you’re trying to take a nap? he’s gotchu AND will remind you to wake back up. want to just take a break and relax all of your muscles? he’s gotchu. it desn’t matter what you have on your mind, 45 seconds after you tap an episode, you won’t remember your problem and that sleep will smackkkk. been a brick since i had some sleep like this fool and that’s on periodttt.

    I got off sleeping pills after being dependent on them to sleep for 11 years. Then I had the challenge of quieting my mind enough to sleep. The tone and comfort of this voice plus the sleep meditations of my choice have been perfect. I’ve only heard the ending once or twice. What a blessing! I haven’t heard anything else like it.
