    Jay has the realest podcast I’ve listened to. You learn and laugh, all while listening to someone who stays true to himself. His guests are fun and enlightening. through him and his guests I’ve learned more about my health and how to change my dietary habits and workouts. The only downside is he needs to share his music playlist!

    When it comes to strength, fitness, and diet, I don’t think there is another resource out there as accessible and valuable as Jay’s podcast. From physical health to mindset and self-improvement, Jay gives practical tips and solutions on how to excel no matter your current situation, and in an entertaining format. You’ll especially enjoy it if you love wrestling and old school hip-hop. If not, you’ll pick up conversational knowledge in both. Large Professor FTW!

    Do not delay
    One of my few regrets in life.. not signing up with Jay Ferrugia coaching sooner. As a very active 50 year old man I always thought just being active was enough. Surfing and all things two wheels has been a big part of my life. My experience with strength training for the most part left me so sore i became averse to it. Well let’s put that in the past. Nearly 9 months into Jay’s program I am a convert and stronger than I ever have been physically and most importantly mentally. His podcast delivers so much great content that is aligned with how he coaches. Jay Ferrugia really cares about leveling us up. Appreciate you, Renegader K Gallaghan

    I found this podcast in 2017 and immediately connected to Jay. So much so that I joined his Renegade group in 2018. His mentorship, coaching & friendship has changed my life. I’ve reinvented myself, changed careers and moved across the country. I’m more confident, a better communicator and leader. The free content he provides on this podcast is incredible but the paid coaching is even better Find podcasts like this you trust and go all in. You never know when you’ll develop a lifelong friend.     Totally Changed My Life
    I have followed Jay’s programs for years but never but it all together. I had some success in the gym but never achieved the fitness level I wanted (I was unwilling to change many of my bad habits). During a severe downtun in my life (health, marriage, career) and a series of traumatic events, I circled back to the Renegade workouts and tuned into the Podcast. I needed the “no excuses” mentality that Jay exemplifies. 6 Months later I had dropped 40 lbs and was in the best shape, and health, of my adult life. That was over a year ago and I’m still locked in. I just turned 50 and I’m shredded. Thanks Jay!

He emphasizes making every rep perfect and teaches the best way to get results without injuring yourself . Best choice for smart training and nutrition advice and he doesn’t sugar coat anything.     This is one of the best fitness and lifestyle podcasts out there. The episodes are entertaining and packed full of actionable insights. The next episode can never come soon enough. I've been a Renegade Strength Club member for the last two years and wish I had this resource 20 years ago. Jay's programming has helped keep my workouts injury free, while still setting PRs in my 40s.

    My dad has been trying to put me on Jay for over 20 years when I turned 40 I finally listened to him after spending six months trying to do it on my own with minuscule results I started listening to this podcast and I somehow wound up on Jay’s email list, and after a few months of listening to Jay’s rants I decided to join his coaching program. I’m nine months in, 40 pounds lighter more shredded and jacked than I’ve been in the previous times of “the best shape of my life” not only has his diet and training routines help change my life, but his brutal honesty about his life progressions have helped layout the blueprint for the journey I’m on. The value and knowledge gives away on this podcast for free is invaluable. I recommend this podcast or Jays coaching to any man trying to get in the best physical and mental shape of their lives.     I was “successful”, but unhappy because I didn’t take care of myself. Jay’s podcast helped give me guidance, ideas and inspiration to become a better version of myself. I’m down 50 lbs since July, I am better rested, I’m more productive and I just started a side hustle. I’m in better shape now than I’ve been since my early 20’s and I’m 39 now. Most important, I’m happy again. His show is entertaining, but filled with a lot of amazing guidance and attainable steps to improve your overall health and wellness.     Updated: Jay remains the best around for physical fitness, especially for men hitting middle age. Check it out and get fit I have been listening to Jay’s podcast for a year and a half and he offers the most complete coaching I’ve come across. Every week on the podcast, he and his guests give interesting, useable advice. I have gotten more functional strength and better mirror results on his workouts than anything else I’ve done in 25 years of training.     I discovered Jay when he was a guest in Joe De Franco’s podcast. Jay is amazing when he focuses on what he knows: fitness. I brought all my clients to this show but sadly, we have all decided to unfollow this podcast because Jay rarely talks about fitness anymore and it is now all about conspiracy theories, covid psy op (dude seriously?), toxic masculinity, anti snowflake, etc. - basically fox news without the beer belly. Jay needs to learn from Joe D and keep it about fitness. Thank you for everything Jay and if you every refocus this show, we will be back. In the meantime you can find us getting those gains with Joe D.

    Used to love Jay’s podcasts but he’s gone too far on the conspiracy theory side for me. If that’s your thing, by all means, give him a listen but I like my fitness podcasts to stick to fitness and not try to gas light me that COVID was a psy ops situation.

    Got the best compliment a guy can get
    Was a Renegade OG until a birth defect kept me out of the gym for 5 years until I could have it surgically repaired. In that time I lost every ounce of muscle and then some. Fast forward, finally back to be able to train and jumped back in Jay’s programs. Now, less than 12 months post op, my wife asked me if i’m on steroids. Gotta be the best compliment a guy can get right? I owe it all to really drilling down on the principles I learn on Jay’s episodes and then practiced in my training sessions. Training everyday again is so much fun I’m so grateful to Jay for giving us the tools.

    This has been a long time coming, I’ve have been a fan of jay since I first began reading his blogs back in 2005, what amazes me is how far ahead of the time he was when he was preaching about 45 minute workouts back then. I love seeing and hearing him talk about his own personal transformation he made at 40 when he got shredded, he’s extremely transparent, possesses integrity, answers your questions concisely, has incredible references, and I can personally attest that he’s authentic and practices what he preaches because I ran into him at a hotel gym in Miami in 2021 and saw him crushing lunges and glute hams after doing some tai sits to warm up!! As a 38 year old meathead who also plays tennis and basketball I continue to turn to Jay for sound training advice knowing I’ll be learning from one of the best in the business. I recently bought his jacked variant program and absolutely love the approach! Thank you jay, keep the podcasts coming and the people will continue to instinctively flock like the salmon of the Capistrano!!! You da man
