srtttuPretentious and CondescendingThis show occasionally has some good nuggets, but they are usually overshadowed by pretension and condescension. There is a vibe that if you don’t see it their way, you’re wrong. They never say it outright, but there is always some chuckling at a sarcastic remark one them makes about someone else’s opinion or work…even within the fraternity. It’s a bad look for Freemasonry in my opinion.

Brother John in OregonLove the show! Keep up the good work.I’m new to The podcast and love the show. I’ve been going through the archive and really enjoyed episodes 438 and 439 so far.. lots of valuable take always as I consider my coming time in the east.

DrDanksGreat content!Absolutely look forward to each episode. Would love to talk to you guys as I have a great desire to work on improving membership and the Masonic experience here in Michigan.

WilliamJames0328Horrible PodcastThe “Is Masonry for Everyone” episode was especially horrible. The WCY fellow needs to dial his extremism down and seek the true meaning of tolerance. Here is the definition from Merriam Webster: “Tolerance - sympathy or indulgence for beliefs or practices differing from or conflicting with one's own.” He actually advocated digging into people’s social media to ensure candidates pass his purity test. Wow.

DCBrockerOverall good podcastI attempted to find contact info for the podcast and didn’t find it. So, I thought I’d leave a review. I’ve only been a subscriber for a short time but have caught up with every episode to the present. During the quarantine, it has been nice hearing the dialogue about Masonic education. I was initiated in February and ready to turn in for over 3 months. I was very frustrated to hear in Episode 300 the skeptical questioning as to why others are excited to return to Lodge. Not all are stagnant and stale. We have 6 EA’s waiting to turn in as soon as it’s permissible. Lumping everyone into the same box of stale Masonry does a disservice to those brothers reviving the Craft.

Navy MooseGreat podcast!Great podcast for new Brothers, “veteran” brothers, and those interested in the craft. The episode on the Lodge Education Officer inspired me to volunteer for that role in my Lodge.

Searching, searching...There are a lot of great Masonic podcasts out there......unfortunately, this isn’t one. Inside jokes and dead air seem to be each episode’s special guests. The bones for a good show are there; some of the brothers host their own separate podcasts that are fantastic (The Winding Stairs, Whence Came You). What is passed off as “research” barely rises to the level of conjecture and speculation leading to predetermined conclusions from sloppy readings of history. I’d expected this to be a meeting of the minds, but most weeks it’s just bros with mics.

I would love to hear you guys speak on the following topics: >Masonry and Catholicism >Masonry and Boy Scouts >Masonry and the Greek Fraternities on campus. FYI many Masonic Rituals are in both the Order of the Arrow and my college fraternity. Brother Andrew Sellers Millennium 779 treasurer

HarryberiGreat place for lightBeing a newly raise Mason less than a year now this podcast is very enlightening. The brothers touch on many subjects that I thirst for in masonry. Scrambling to understand all the symbolism an allegory can be overwhelming and daunting at times, But with this podcast and others like it I find for me it assists in my journey and I enjoy the relationship they have with each other you can hear the brotherhood. so thank you gentlemen.
