This is a great podcast for a cyclist whether your a beginner or experienced. It gives great advice on cycling, nutrition and fitness in general. The podcast speakers Uli and Lidia are active cyclist and founders of the GFNY riding event. Therefore they are very knowledgeable in the world of cycling. Special guest speakers and coaches such as Chris Geiser, Christian, Vito and so many others also bring a wealth of knowledge and advice to this podcast. I listen to this podcast almost daily as it’s helped me with cycling both physically and mentally. I highly recommend it.
