    Genuine
Julie is genuine and wise. I came upon the podcast for literal “clutter” purposes, but she goes so much deeper to affect change in all areas of life. Her voice, topics, and delivery are easy to comprehend for purposeful integration into everyday. Thank you!

    Thankful for this podcast
I didn’t realize how much I accumulated in my home during a very deep depression from separation. It was the hardest time, and I needed a podcast that really dove into the emotional side and not just the physical side of decluttering. This is the only podcast that does that for me. It has helped me so much! I am now coming out of that deep depression- thank you for this!

In the process of moving and her tips helped to make we realize I don’t need to be overwhelmed when ever I’m only packing what brings me joy. Keep up motivating your listeners.

    Much more than the obvious!
I was drawn to this podcast through my love of decluttering (a work in progress always). It is so very much more. Julie helps work through the emotional and mental baggage that weighs us down as much as the physical stuff. Thank you.

    I actually declutter while listening

    Work life balance
Couldn’t relate to this episode. There is a very small percentage of people who work from home and can “snuggly with the cats” (said atleast 3x in the first few min). Didn’t listen to the end bc podcaster rambled.

    I just can’t anymore
I really loved older episodes. They were truthful and very motivating. But things have taken a turn. Now, this host has random assumptions in her episodes that are sad and just wrong. For example, she was explaining an “toxic relationship” and with no proof starting mentioning actual abuse. Like, who the heck are you!?!? Makes you think this is fake scenarios because why would you assume something so serious. This host needs to stick with actual decluttering, clutter, and things that contribute to physical clutter. Stay out of the realm of psychology because you are not educated in it and can do some serious damage. Would NEVER recommend this.

Hard to Focus But Good if You Can
Has some good topics. However it sounds like either she is sucking on a candy or the voice is very monotone. Makes it hard to focus for a lengthy podcast. She seems bored. However she might just have a dry and witty personality (which I love) but can’t figure out why the voice is so distracting.

Grateful that I found this podcast!
I discovered Julie's podcast after life became difficult due to leadership issues at work. During that time, I was unhappy, depressed, and full of anxiety. I couldn't sleep at night and I struggled to pull myself out of bed. I started looking for help. Julie's podcast so often gave me encouragement, raised questions I needed to answer, and provided perspective to navigate that rough time. I was able to step back from my situation, think about what was going on, and make a plan to change. I eventually chose to leave the organization and it was the best clutter I've ever cleared from my life! A few months later, I landed in a far better position than I had ever imagined. Julie's podcast was an important starting point for me to develop a multifaceted approach to improving my mental health, which included seeing a therapist, exercising and practicing mindfulness five days per week, and trying to be a little nicer to myself. I continue to listen to Julie's podcasts during morning walks. I picked up one of Julie's books on Amazon and look forward to continuing to improve my mental health!

    Julie is amazing!
Thank you so much for your incredible podcast. I feel as though you have become a friend, as I listened to your podcast all last summer, and I am so grateful for you! Last year, as I tried to clean out my belongings in my parents’ house, it was very difficult. No point in holding on to clutter that weighs me or them down when I live in another state! I discovered your podcast and you became my voice of reason, inspiration and reassurance. There are so many ways my life has improved since letting go of unnecessary physical items. It felt so wonderful to go to the goodwill 10+ times last summer. Your episodes were so calming and informative to me. I was able to get down to three boxes, which was a huge accomplishment! I feel emotionally lighter, more organized, more reasonable, and better able to conquer goals in my life because life feels simpler with less ‘stuff’. It is also easier to get rid of things now, during day to day living. It’s as though our lives are a garden and we need to emotionally comb and weed through it consistently with much nurture. You are very giving and generous with your podcast, and I am so grateful for you! I also really enjoy your side stories, humor, and genuine situational stories from the context of your life. Thank you so much for all your hard work, and the wonderful gifts you add to my life and others through your podcasts. You are amazing, thank you for the inspiration!

Great advice from a genuine person
I love this podcast. They are short, but frequent, and if you listen regularly, similar themes come up in different ways. I love that they are short because it helps me focus on the main message. She’s very genuine and shares bits of herself in the podcast.

    Excellent and Comprehensive
This podcast is very helpful and informative! I have gained so much from it.
  • Bottom Line Up Front
    Episode 196 was a waste
No evidence is provided that the speaker can actually hear all of these things that happened in one's childhood in one's voice. No information is provided that can help a person change your voice. No ways to change a voice are provided. This is an interesting topic, but this podcast episode was a waste.

    Refreshing
This podcast is very motivating without the pressure to get it all done now. This combination is very refreshing. I appreciate the fact that it helps to alleviate my stress rather than add to it. As I clear the clutter, I feel more at peace. Thank you for such an awesome podcast!

A HUGE help on where to get started
I listened to 1 or 2 current podcasts and was hooked - had to go back and retrieve all of Julie's past podcasts and start at the beginning. Also learned that you can't just listen to the shows, you have to put her advice into action. I only wish they were all in the 45 - 50 minute length, some are very short. THANKS!
  • Ahorn73
    Good podcast
Interesting and relevant topics, decent sound quality, which is more than I can say for many podcasts. I've only listened to a few episodes, so can't be sure, but I think this would benefit from having a guest every now and then.

    Great information!
Julie knows the connection between our inner worlds and outer. She gathers brilliant information that assists people in seeing the external world as a reflection of the internal world. Great stuff!!

The best organizing podcast. There is so many emotions that arise when organizing. Julie helps with learning how to do both, organizing and our emotions that are attached to stuff. The bonus is that she also helps you be a better person. Thank you Julie.

    She's great!! He's a buzz kill!
I love what she has to say and I really enjoy her words, wisdom and insight. I cannot listen anymore because a man comes in with a boring, flat, irritating voice. He is selling the podcast. He might be a wonderful human being but his voice is like nails on a chalkboard. Dump him and get someone who likes to do voice overs..

    New Wave of Clearing Clutter
Julie's approach to "clutter" is amazing. We had the opportunity of interviewing her on our show talking about the different types of clutter. In my old paradigm of thinking I thought clutter was only on the physical plan (i.e. cluttered desk). However, learning about the emotional, spiritual and mental clutter utterly blew me away. Amazing podcast
  • Elliehannahsmomma
    Strange little podcast
Nice tips, but I think she hired the science teacher from the "Wonder Years" to do her introduction. I really like more of a personal feel to my podcasts. It feels like a bullet list of things she needs to get through. I think it is a diamond in the rough, once she gets her footing it will be "not to be missed."

    A Valuable Tool For Change
I highly recommend Julie's podcasts to anyone looking for a positive change in their life. I came across her website and podcasts when I began searching for answers on how to take control of my own life. Most of us hold onto various forms of clutter and don't even realize we are harming ourselves by doing so. Julie is friendly, personable, and informative. Her guests are equally amazing! I truly enjoy her podcasts and keeping up with her on Facebook. It's rare to find one who is willing to go above and beyond to help others. Her podcasts are a value tool on how I've been working towards clearing my clutter. Thank you Julie!

    Julie's the Golden Ticket!
After years of feeling overwhelmed by clutter in my own home and at relatives' homes, I finally have the perfect advocate! Julie's approach is the most wonderful blend of practical and compassionate, and she packages her advice in easy portions. So grateful to have discovered such a great help!

Clearing the Clutter is a must!
What I love about Julie C.'s podcast is that it's packed full of great information and she cuts to the chase! Let's face, most of us are moving too fast and have too much on our plates. The time spent listening comes back 10 fold when you implement. Give it a listen! You won't regret.

Julie’s Podcasts are More than Helpful. They are Life-Changing!
I’ve been listening to Julie’s podcasts since the first one. Each podcast, teaches me something new about the way I see clutter and how it can manifest itself in and around my life. I love revisiting older podcasts because I always find something new to take away, something that I’ve utilized to enrich the world around me. I recently took a look at the entryway in my home and used some of Julie’s techniques to declutter this space. It’s amazing how such a small change can force bigger changes in the way I’ve viewed my home. When I walk through my front door after a long day of work, I’m instantly at peace. I’ve not only improved my home, I’ve created a peaceful sanctuary. And I’m doing this time and again with the techniques and insight she has shared. Thank you Julie. Keep it going!!

    Thought Provoking Yet Practical
I have struggled on and off with clutter for years. What was an a ha moment for me is how clutter on the inside is related to the outside. As I have worked on some inner clutter, my physical clutter has lessened. I appreciate that not only do I always get practical tips for clutter or organizing but I also am challenged to think deeper. When I am feeling overwhelmed or doubting myself, I turn to this podcast for inspiration. There’s lots to choose from and I look forward to seeing what each week brings. If you’re struggling with clutter or disorganization, you will find good suggestions and how to take action.

Wanting to live the life I deserve.

Practical tips from a great host
Julie’s podcast is so informative! She is full of practical advice for tackling the clutter not only in your space, but also in your mind and your life. The episodes are brief yet entertaining and she’s had some great guests. I mean, Peter Walsh?!? Come on! After listening to a couple of episodes, you’ll feel like you have a new friend on your side. Definitely recommend.

    Really good
This is a really good podcast. She's a professional organizer and life coach - which means she has practical experience helping real people get organized and meet goals (so she's not just someone who has read a few books and created a podcast). Her ideas are smart and easy to do - which helps keep me from going into "overwhelm" - which is a huge thing for me. Gotta say, I'm more organized than I was before listening to these podcasts. Definitely recommend.

I love the way Julie seamlessly connects the dots between exterior and interior clutter. Clutter in the home, mind, or wherever CAN be cleared, and it’s not easy but it’s life-changing. This podcast is full of wisdom and tips - I feel like it’s just what I needed to hear right now.
