Thought I enjoyed this podcast but then I heard the Victory day episode discussing how the United States dropping atomic bombs on Japan was immoral. It wasn’t the conclusion that made me angry but the attitudes of the host and guest during the “discussion”. My take away from this episode was that this was an immoral act and if you think any differently you are ignorant of your own faith and oh by the way America really isn’t great. With a few giggles thrown in for good measure. You know it was bad when the host has to have a few extra words at the end to try and make it seem like they don’t really hate America and think the listener is stupid. Most Catholics know America’s flaws, we have them pointed out daily, but we also know the flaws of the Catholic Church, because those are pointed out daily. I listen to podcasts like this to know my faith and to be able to defend it. It doesn’t help to say America isn't that great but I served in the Marines so I can say that, it’s like when someone says all priests are pedophiles but I was I was an altar boy so I can say that. This podcast made me love America and the Catholic Church less, great job!

My quest for learning more about the beauty and depth of the Catholic faith continues with this podcast. Thank you and God bless.

I’m 50 and I’ve been Catholic all my life. Truly can’t say it enough how I still manage to learn something about my life with every podcast. Our Church needs this program so we can learn who we are as a people and why we were sent.

I’ve enjoyed the podcast since it came out, but the recent bonus episode “God is Present to You” with Sister Regina Marie Gorman was absolutely amazing. I’ve listened to it three times so far. Even though it’s an interview, the effect is like a guided meditation into the heart of Jesus. So much peace… May God be praised.

I thoroughly enjoy this podcast and recommend it heartily to anyone with questions about the Catholic faith, whether Catholic or not. If Catholic, the basis for doctrine is clearly explained. If not, I hope it will lead to charitable dialogue about doctrinal differences.

When it comes to Catholic theology they are on point and i learn a lot. However, when they tackle secular issues they need some help. They start with what they assume is the other side’s belief and make an argument around that. Usually that statement is inaccurate and what follows is also inaccurate. I would love it if they had someone on that actually holds the point of view they’re discussing and have a reasonable conversation from there. Without that it’s pretty one-sided.

I love learning more about the truth and beauty of the Catholic faith through this podcast!

I’m a Protestant, born and raised, and have recently been experiencing a drawing into the Catholic Faith that I can only describe as magnetic. This drawing has led me to doing research to learn more about the Catholic Church that goes beyond my understanding that was fed by Hollywood and assumptions. This podcast has truly given me so much insight, but not just about Catholicism, but also about my faith, and Christ. I am truly thankful for this podcast and how it is aiding me in my quest for a deeper understanding of my Christian faith.

This is an awesome podcast. Cy Kellett is a charming and hilarious host. The content is always entertaining, fascinating and super informative. I just wanted to report an issue with episode 361. It doesn’t have the interview titled “Are the sacraments magic?”, it contains the interview titled “Getting Manliness Wrong” from episode 363. I wouldn’t usually complain but I really want to know if the sacraments are magic or not! (Okay, I know they’re not magic but I want to know why.) I hope this issue can be resolved!

I just love the subjects for the episodes. The length of the podcast is perfect. I can listen during my commute to and from work. Or I can listen during my lunch break. Thank you!

This podcast provides the best Catholic apologetic content. It teaches the faithful how to effectively and charitably respond to a wide range of objections to the faith. All episodes are informative, insightful, helpful, and spiritually enriching. This my favorite Catholic apologetics podcast and I highly recommend subscribing to it.
