Good recaps on all Sharks games and the Pucknogoists on Sundays is my favorite way to end the weekend!

When The Athletic dropped their sharks coverage I went looking for an alternate regular source and this is it! The perfect mix of knowledge, fandom, and accessibility.

Never was a podcast guy until last season, and this changed that for me. Let me start off by saying the people at TealTownUSA should be lauded for not selling their souls to force ads of pubic hair trimmers, and crap protein bars down our ear canals. I have come to love the colorful cast of men and women who share the same joy, passion, anger, and frustration for our beloved Los tiburones. Being a Hockey fan in San Jose where I was born, raised, and reside has always been the most isolating fandom at times with friends, coworkers, and neighbors always talking 49ers, Giants, Warriors. I don’t care for any sport other than Hockey. Bunch of bandwagon fans around here with surface level knowledge of my Sharks - so discovering this podcast even during this rough time to be a fan has been therapeutic. AJ, Puck Guy, Hockey Jerk, Ian Reid, Erik Landi, Dana, Kevin Lacey, and newly added Jules (JUELLE) all bring in their own unique perspectives, takes, and knowledge as these are equally passionate, and educated fans of The Sharks, Barracuda, and Hockey in general. Something that’s always lacked in my life compared to “Hey is Thornton and Burns still on the team” from the casual fans I’m surrounded by lol The depth of knowledge presented, each persons perspective, and their interactions with the Youtube comments within the community are always a treat. The format is organized with room to rant, and have it flow naturally which I love. Different personalities, and perspectives keep things fresh, and everyone brings a different depth of knowledge. I’ve loved that the Barracuda are always touched on, and that any big hockey related news is immediately touched on. To put it simply, I’ve loved feeling welcomed, and part of this community. These guys put in more work than a lot of other comparable podcasts. This podcast make me feel like I’m having a beer (or Diet Pepsi) with friends as we discuss all things Sharks, Cuda, and Hockey. Good realistic sharks talk

If you have a love/hate relationship with the Sharks like I do, Teal Town USA is for you. You can’t count on the Sharks to make the playoffs but you can count on the boys to provide quality entertainment. They don’t hold back on what needs to be said. Tons of great input, tons of great interviews, hours of Hedican bashing. 5 stars all day.

So, I have listened to these guys for just over a year. As an out of market Sharks fan, these guys are my go-to replacement for post-game info. It is like sitting around the basement with some friends talking about our favorite team. (Seriously dudes, get to Kansas City and I will buy you BBQ and beer!) These guys keep it real, no honer-town hype. AJ - Love you man. Keep giving it to EK65. Hockey Jerk - I think you should show your real face at some point! Great show! Honest conversation. Keep it up guys!

This is the perfect podcast for any sharks fan that bleeds teal. The show features weekly review of games, stock up/stock down, and other interesting segments. The hosts don’t sugar coat anything and will give you an honest review on the Sharks. So if you are looking for the best sharks podcast without ads about manscaping then Teal Town USA is perfect for you.

Postgame casts, weekly wrap up, surprise live sessions, and great interview guests. That said, I might be biased. ;)

A group of opinionated Sharks fans talking about all the team’s happenings as well as the NHL itself with a little Barracuda. As these podcasters have rightfully observed the San Jose Sharks are underserved when it comes to coverage. This podcast helps immensely to curb that trend.

I always look forward to a episode of The Pucknologist with a cup of coffee in the morning. Excellent source for Shark news and other hockey related content.

All the different people on the podcast have different volumes. One person speaks softly and another speaks loudly, which causes me to constantly adjust the volume. Also, there will be lengthy periods where audio cuts out entirely. It feels like this podcast is an afterthought to their YouTube videos. The hosts also spend too much time begging for likes and donations. Other than the technical issues, the content of the podcast is great. In depth analysis and entertaining personalities.

Between Teal Town After Dark and The Pucknologist s this is by far the best Sharks podcast I have listened to. All the hosts are very informative and have a realistic and non homerism view of the team. Although I may not always agree with their takes, their shows are always entertaining and keep me interested. Highly recommended for Sharks fans. (@AlexBeltran117)

Been listening and watching since the 2018/19 season it’s been really entertaining to listen to the guys and gals talk sharks hockey so for me this podcast is a great listen

Really appreciate how the hosts don’t hold back — they don’t sugarcoat things, and they give their honest perspectives. Always enjoy interacting in the chat after each game, with all sorts of banter about the game and whatever hockey stuff Sharks fan have on their mind. Pucknologists are a great way to wrap up the week as well, with some longer segments that look more into off-ice talk too. (@benjaminhk01 here)

The sharks are depressing but listening to this pod helps bring my spirits back up. They give great insight. The pucknologists episodes are by far my favorite but the other episodes are great too. If your looking for the best sharks podcast this is it. @cj3ooo

Always a highlight to Sunday nights, especially if you bleed teal. Always enjoy the variety of topics, including the games from the week. Nice to have a place to celebrate the highs and commiserate with the lows. These are members of the fan fam that you want to kick back with, crack open a cold one, and share in your fandom. :)

I stumbled upon this podcast because I was tired of fear the fin podcasts folding year after year. It’s dependable, regular analysis that is fair, deep, and insightful.

I love this honest, unfiltered show that tells it like it is, good or bad. They say what we are all thinking about our hockey team, and the rest of the NHL, after every Sharks game and also the weekly Pucknologists roundup.

Teal Town does a great job bringing you quality San Jose Sharks hockey talk after each game on their live YouTube show. I've had the pleasure of being on their show a number of times and they've been kind enough to come on my show (Lets Go Blues Radio) a number of times as well. It's always a pleasure to talk hockey with these guys. We have a friendly rivalry going on which has been a lot of fun and I expect that to continue. Looking forward to the next SJ vs STL game! Keep up the good work guys!

Teal people, I’ve actually been a hanger on for a while now but I wanted to put pen to paper to thank you all for lacing up the skates and talking to us fans each and every game. It kind of reminds me of the post radio broadcasts that I used to listen to intently coming home from the games. I have been a true fan since the Cow Palace days and though I’m more optimistic than most, I appreciate each persons viewpoint on here. It offers perspective. I have really enjoyed y’all! Good that y’all keep it light, but aren’t afraid to hit the hard topics. I am fond of the guest appearances from Sharks alum like Drew but certainly more variety would be nice! Perhaps other teams version of Pucknologists and what they see when they’ve watched the Sharks?

The guys (and Rocket) break down the game and provide their own insight, as well as a “reach around” wrap up of other happenings in the league (get over it Puckguy, it’s reach around, not wrap around - LOL!). In The Pucknologists, AJ and Rocket talk Sharks hockey, and often have great interviews with Sharks insiders which are very enlightening and entertaining. Teal Tinted Glasses covers not only the Sharks, but the Barracuda, and Ian, Kevin and Jerk know their AHL and Sharks prospects. I always learn something I didn’t know. I have been a Sharks fan since day 1 of the franchise, and since I now live outside of the Bay Area, TTUSA a great way to keep up with the happenings of my favorite team in Teal. Listen and subscribe - if you’re a Sharks fan, you won’t regret it!

The content is solid. Great coverage of everything sharks and ‘cudas. BUT! The audio for some of the hosts (it varies on who it is) is so quiet you can’t hear anything unless you blast the volume, then the second someone else gets on the mic, it’s roaring loud. My eardrums can’t take the abuse, guys. Pleas fix your audio problems. It’s been brought to their attention before and they’ve done nothing about it. I’m very close to dropping this podcast soon and just reading bleacher report.

TTG is my favorite Sharks podcast. I've been watching the Sharks since their inception and love getting to hear more about my team. The podcast is good both for the experienced and new fan. They have segments to help teach the new fans and I find I still might learn something despite having watched for 25 years and played for 10. I enjoy hearing the various viewpoints.

I am thoroughly enjoying this show! And this is coming from someone who knows almost nothing about sports in general let alone Hockey. The hosts are very clear and direct and on top of that, they are very entertaining and funny! Great podcast for people new to hockey and hockey veterans alike!!!

These guys know their Sharks hockey, and they're not afraid to use it! Great for fans looking for a conversation and a good laugh. Just been following the Sharks for 2 years now. I am so glad I have found this podcast. It explains a lot I didn't understand about the game and has helped keep the season in perspective. Great job. Keep it up

It’s refreshing to find a podcast discussing the San Jose Sharks. Have been a fan since the first season, and have lived through the ups and downs. These guys seem to know their stuff and can put things into perspective. Look forward to hearing more episodes.
