    A truly great resource
I am yoga teacher and I create and facilitate yoga teacher training. This podcast has been such a great resource for me when I write training manuals. Adam and Greg reference studies I can track down and help me understand the strengths and limits of the available research. They also discuss the importance of de-mystifying movement based approaches to treating things like chronic pain and acknowledge the complex biopsychosocial dimensions of any intervention from lifting weights to sitting in meditation. I assign podcast episodes to my students to challenge some of the most persistent and pervasive myths in the yoga world about what is safe or unsafe and to help them think more critically about yoga dogmas surrounding strength and flexibility. Please keep the episodes coming and I hope I can train with Greg or Adam if/when they are in Melbourne, Australia.

    Love These Guys!
Greg and Adam are super intelligent dudes who do a fantastic job of challenging your biases and digging into the research, which helps you grow as a clinician and human being. You can’t go wrong listening to them babble on.

    Timeless fundamentals
Adam speaks on fundamentals of health, fitness, and rehab amongst a world where fad exercises, passive quick relief therapies, and trendy rehab gadgets are plenty. He advocates for the fundamental principle that we all need to induce some stress to our bodies to utilize our innate ability to build resilience. Adam also advocates for a holistic diagnostic approach that looks at the patient's lifestyle in order to best treat. I'm a chiropractor that has never believed in the one trick (spinal manipulation) treatment model of care and going through school was quite a challenge. Adam provided motivation for me to keep going and pave my own way to becoming a good clinician. Thank you Adam for being the light at the end of the tunnel.

    Better than Game of Thrones
Greg is such an incredible mind. You just need to listen a couple of minutes to realize this guy may be some sort prodigy. I would be happy to have half his memory, half his insight, half his clinical reasoning! Adams Meakins changed the direction of my career as a physical therapist. Adam is the modern Louis Gifford. Thank you for this PodCast!

    Fun & informative
A nice critical podcast of all things physical/physio therapy. Knowledgeable, skeptical, and profane. If you like manual therapy, you'll find this podcast interesting.

    Refreshingly honest conversations
I look forward to the next episode of the NAF Physio Podcast. Adam does a nice job of addressing timely topics in a serious but not stuffy way. I appreciate the diverse topics and that as a sports physio he understands the need for healthy pelvic floors! Way to go for having a pelvic health episode!
