This podcast does an excellent job of getting into the nitty gritty of the themed entertainment industry without dissuading listeners from the magic of it. The guests they feature are enthusiastic and passionate as well as experienced and honest about the work they do. As somebody who has always dreamed about working in this industry, this podcast educates and inspires me with each new episode. Can’t wait to see who I get to hear from next!

To a large extent, the Greeks oriented their narrative drama around the catharsis afforded by dramatized story telling. These were also binding experiences that were culture-wide. While today, our experiences are increasingly moderated by handheld liquid crystal displays, an innate need for group experiences of dramatized story telling remains. At the same time our culture isn’t as fully locally specific as it once was. This podcast takes a deep dive into the state of this art, mining the experiences of the practitioners behind a craft that attempt no less than creating shared experiences, registering at a scale that is no less than global.

This is a great podcast that interviews some heavy hitters in the themed entertainment world. Perhaps not for the casual theme park goer, but a must for anyone obsessed with the art and engineering of it all.

This is a new podcast, just four episodes in. But Mel and his team seem to be on the right track with interviews and insights. Can't wait for more episodes!

I've been very impressed by the quality of The Themed Attraction podcast thus far with its interviews with Tom K. Morris and Sam Gennawey. Both hosts let the guests tell their stories and are knowledgeable about theme parks. I can't wait to see what's coming up for this show!

A podcast like nothing else out there. The first few episodes have had amazing guests on that are truly engaging and have incredibles stories to share. Intriguing and an enjoyable podcast to listen to. Highly recommend!

A great blend of adventurous stories and learning about the thought processes, design concepts, planning and implementations behind the designs of the very attractions that we love and adore today. Hearing from theme park legends who have played a large part in bringing the magic to life that has created so many memories for me and my family is really fun and interesting. A must listen!

Listening to industry pros like this inspires me and feeds my own creativity… and makes me want to go to Disneyland.

I've always be a bit nuts for the engineering aspect of Disneyland and other theme parks. It's fascinating!

As an avid lover of Disney, it was incredible to hear background on two people who have been been behind the scenes for years and are now doing some amazing things around the world with themed attractions! I can’t wait to hear the next episode.

This show is great for those who work in attraction design/implementation, but also for those who just like to peek behind the curtain and see how these attractions we all love come together. Though I’m not directly involved in the attractions industry anymore I still get a ton out of this podcast because the hosts make it accessible to all. A show to surely subscribe to!
