    You me and Bpd
Excellent podcast. It’s such a blessing to learn about this disorder from a practical real world standpoint instead of only clinical. This helps in understanding the nuances and what each symptom is like to have.

Recently diagnosed with BPD, depression, add
I was diagnosed with BPD a year ago and have read almost every article, listen to podcast after podcast, you name it, yet still felt completely clueless and alone. Thank you, because after listening to this I for once don’t feel so … crazy. Medication didn’t work for me, i am a recovering addict and being numb isn’t a good fit for me, therapy, i would find myself lost and not even listening.. I plan to continue to listen, I’m curious about your journey. Thank you again

    Comorbid ASD with BPD
This episode had really helped and ASD runs in my family (both my sister and father) and I have been researching ASD and have been diagnosed with BPD and I feel I exhibit both traits. I was also diagnosed with Anxiety, major depression, ocd (germaphobic) and add/ adhd and anorexia (recovered anorexic but still kinda struggle). Both my therapist and mom think I definitely could be on the spectrum. First podcast I’ve heard and will follow thank you for help

Amazing! Better than any therapists we have tried.
If you or your partner have BPD or BPD symptoms…heck, even if you don’t. These are great life lessons and skills for all humans. These two not only have help my marriage (husband was dx with BPD via therapy after he had an affair with a co-worker).

    Thank you so much
So I’m almost 52 and I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder in 2000. The thing is, I also wondered if Bipolar Disorder might be trauma induced, because of years of abuse as a child. Your podcast helped me understand BPD and how much it fits everything, especially when combined with ADHD symptoms…. Which I was diagnosed with as a very young girl. Oddly, when I was put on 2 medications that were stimulants… I was suddenly able to start processing trauma. I can’t thank you enough.
