    Great content. Too many f-bombs.
Made it through a few episodes. Content is great, but there is so much unnecessary swearing. I wish it was more professional.

    Great information
This podcast has great information; however, spending the first ten minutes of each episode to reintroduce everything gets really old.

    Great podcast
I love listening to this podcast. I’m able to find a lot of answers to questions about diet culture myths and other topics that can be triggering in our society right now. This podcast does an amazing job of explaining the truths behind some diet culture misconceptions without being triggering to listeners with an ED. So grateful I found this podcast!

    Just what I needed!
This podcast (and the host’s TikTok account) came to me at the right time! I’ve been struggling with body image and my relationship with food for years now and finally started making progress this year, and this podcast has been one of the major tools I’ve used to get better!

A mental check-in for your relationship with food
This podcast is the perfect check-in for anyone with a complex relationship to food, body, dieting and even disordered behavior around food. The easily digestible (pun intended) episodes are informative, refreshing and entertaining. It’s so easy to second guess the choices we make related to food and body. These episodes are like listening to a professional friend who wants to help us get grounded in our thoughts and actions. Highly recommend to anyone curious about intuitive eating, and anyone who has ever had a complex relationship to these topics. Would love to hear more content about movement as it relates to a food-freedom journey. Movement does so many good things for us, but many of us still have struggles with it (over-work ourselves, use it to “earn” food, etc.). Thanks for all that you do!

You’re backing up stuff with science….
But then say that male and female aren’t the only genders. Makes sense

Just what I needed for this moment
I just listened to episode - How to navigate hunger and fullness. Thank you. I’m working on healing and finding food freedom and I’m at a place where I find I’m just eating more than feels comfortable more than I would prefer to and haven’t known what to do or what’s going on. This talk helps me stay with it and trust the timing and process. I like that it’s a short talk as well through I would l or to learn more about this. I find it helpful to understand that initially I’m learning to honor my hunger and that it somewhat easier for me. I also feel my fullness yet choose to keep eating. Again, this short helped me see that there’s likely still some restrictions going on.I really want to untangle from this piece. I feel stuck here. Thanks so much.

    3 myths about intuitive eating
Sam P. is awesome. She knows her information about diet culture and eating for real and for life. I first heard her on the podcast What the Actual Fork. That is a great one, too. Can’t wait to keeping hearing super messages.

    Breaking Diet Mentality
I’ve struggled with diets and weight since I was a kid. I’ve tried a million different diets and they never worked for long, if much at all. It never occurred to me until recently that the only thing I hadn’t tried was to fix my relationship with food. Listening to the podcasts is helping so much. Im really hoping to fix my relationship with food and my body so I can go on to be my healthiest self, instead of my skinniest self. Priorities.

    Life-saver!
I have been following Sammy on Tik Tok for quite awhile, and when I heard about this podcast I knew I had to listen. I love how Sammy confronts diet culture and presents intuitive eating in such a matter of fact and straightforward manner while also being incredibly empathetic and addressing the nuances, thoughts, and myths about intuitive eating, as well as sometimes her own story within it. Two years into my intuitive eating journey, it is safe to say my recovery process would not be the same without her :)

    Mind Blowing
Intuitive eating isn’t a new concept - but Sammy presents it in a way that is relatable, ATTAINABLE, and she is so empathetic to those of us on this journey. She is also just so likable and fun!

    So helpful!!!!
I’m about 6 months into my IE journey and following Sami along on Instagram alone has been immensely helpful I cannot wait to add this podcast to my resources. She has helped me in so many ways, more than I can explain and just makes it all so simple.

    Love this, I need this
I frequently need to be reminded that it’s okay to eat, it is ok to not be ok, you are not alone and diet culture is a business. If you want to challenge yourself to retrain your thinking and unlearn what society has preached since the beginning of time, then this podcast is for you. Every body is beautiful, every body is welcome. No shaming. All support and love here!! Thanks ladies for all the effort and time you spend imparting your knowledge 🤍
