Fatty and Jeremy are long time fans of the saga and Des, a newcomer to the series break down every episode to help us all understand the vast universe that's being created. One host should do this by himself

One of the hosts does an excellent job. He knows his stuff, well spoken, interesting. The other one is loud, obnoxious, and interruptive. He doesn’t know anything, and often says something so wrong, the informed host has to politely correct was the loud host said that is incorrect. Usually, the duo of a book-informed host and a show-informed host works. In this case, it definitely does not. Good luck to the both, but one of the hosts should do this solo.

First time show watcher, long time book avoider

This series is one of my dearest friends favorite. She’s brought it up many times over the years and while I love to read, I just can’t commit to so many looooong books!! But I’ve loved the show so far so maybe I should try the books finally. Thankful for this podcast that gets right where I’m at :)
