The Voice of the Heart

    Amazing and unanswered question
    1. Love this podcast and all it stands for and teaches. It has been a tremendous help. 2. Would you guys be willing to do an episode on how all these feelings interact with healthy versus unhealthy people? These podcast episodes are tremendously insightful into helping me understand and act on my own emotions. The hard part for me to see is how it will change my behavior when I interact with an unhealthy person who doesn’t respond well when I’m vulnerable about my feelings. Should I still be vulnerable even when they mistreat me or devalue what I have to say. All these actions makes sense when dealing with a healthy person who will respect what I share, but would love if y’all would be willing to delineate the difference.

    Listening
I am loving your podcasts. Amazing value in what is being shared. Thank you. One tip, when Elizabeth and Anthony speak, their voices are clear and easily heard. When Chip speaks, his voice is softer in tone. I am constantly having to turn him up to understand what’s he’s saying. I don’t know if he’s not speaking directly in the microphone or if his level is just down. Just an observation. Thank you all for creating this podcast.

Dr. Chip is an expert on getting back to the “real you” you’ve learned how to suppress and hold down. You can ignore this information but you can’t unlearn it! 🙌So Thankful for his work
