Listened to this gang forever since the 99.9 days. Even though Joe and Joe are state homers and Demetri went Dabo on me (Laurens cool) ….they still all run great podcasts and I listen as much as I can. Thanks for the laughs and all the local NC specific insight

Love this podcast

As a North Carolina transplant from colts country I’ve been enjoying watching panthers fans experience what we did in Indy. I loved listening to Lauren brownlow always talk about the panthers and now there’s a whole podcast for it ⭐️

Awesome show

I can’t wait to here the takes from this show after every weekend! I’m a falcon fan but I live in Raleigh and I find myself listening to this show before any of my atl podcasters. I love the polar opposites of pessimism and optimism can still be blended together to have a great chemistry between Demetri and Lauren. Keep up the great work!

Great to listening for Panthers Fans

Fantastic podcast that realistically looks into the Panthers and their franchise. Been a huge fan of Lauren in the past and her and Demetri do a great job through the Panthers’ struggles and the future of the franchise.

Yes this is Panthers specific but Demetri and Lauren make it feel like you’re part of a very relatable and football discussion; Lauren, the die hard Panthers’ fan and Demetri, the “I don’t understand losing more than one game a season” Bama alum make for a fun and insightful weekly pod. And the midweek show does not disappoint with its great guests.

It’s great to regularly hear Brownlow on a podcast, I think she’s fantastic at getting her point across in a funny and often sarcastic way. It’s interesting to hear Demetri’s POV as an Alabama fan and Panthers fan

Fun and entertaining

Lauren and Demetri have a natural chemistry that make you feel comfortable listening to and makes the time fly by. Too much of sports discussion is either guys yelling over each other or overly technical analysis that makes you fall asleep during your afternoon commute, causing much confusion and delay. Lauren and Demetri hit that sweet spot that has me looking forward to more episodes.
